About the Role
You'll work closely with the Events Marketing Manager to own and deliver Redgate's AMER regional events program, spanning major
tradeshows, hosted dinners, and elevated customer experiences. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving: coordinating
logistics, leading on-site crews, managing internal speakers, and making sure every event, from a 100-person dinner to a
65,000-person conference, reflects Redgate's brand and delivers against commercial goals. This role involves travel to events
throughout the year in line with the seasonal program.

MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY As a Voice Product Evangelist, you will help bring DeepL Voice to market at scale. This is a customer-facing GTM role focused on supporting sales teams, leading Voice-specific customer conversations, and helping organizations understand and adopt real-time translation. You will work closely with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing to shape how Voice is positioned, demonstrated, and sold. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with Account Executives on Voice-related opportunities across enterprise customers * Lead Voice-specific discovery, demos, pilots, and customer presentations * Act as a subject-matter expert across DeepL Voice use cases (meetings, live conversations, APIs) * Support the creation and evolution of Voice sales materials, talk tracks, and playbooks * Enable sales teams through training sessions, deal support, and hands-on guidance * Represent DeepL Voice in customer meetings, workshops, and strategic engagements * Gather customer and field feedback to inform product positioning and roadmap discussions Product Advocacy * Serve as a public-facing expert and trusted voice for the product with enterprise customers, prospects, partners, and industry audiences. * Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and differentiated value to executive and technical stakeholders. * Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives aligned with enterprise use cases. Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement * Partner with regional sales leadership to achieve and exceed Voice financial goals * Partner with enterprise sales teams to support strategic deals through presentations, demos, workshops, and executive briefings. * Develop and deliver high-impact product messaging, demo flows, and proof points tailored to enterprise buyers. * Participate in key customer meetings, pilots, and evaluations as a product authority Thought Leadership & Community * Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, customer events, and executive forums. * Create and deliver thought leadership content such as talks, blogs, whitepapers, and videos focused on enterprise challenges and trends. * Build credibility and influence within enterprise technology communities. Customer Feedback & Product Strategy * Act as the voice of the customer internally, bringing insights back to product management and leadership. * Gather feedback on enterprise needs, adoption barriers, and competitive positioning. * Help shape product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and packaging based on real-world usage. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and customer alignment. * Support launches of new features and capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development * Identify and pursue opportunities across SOF units, TSOCs, and SOCOM components * Build and manage a qualified pipeline * Convert demos and evaluations into OTAs and funded programs Sales & Engagement * Own the full sales cycle (operator → contract) * Run demos and operational evaluations * Translate field feedback into actionable insights Stakeholder Management * Build relationships across United States Special Operations Command and key acquisition stakeholders * Represent Harmattan at SOF events (e.g., SOF Week) * Align closely with internal R&D and product teams CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Experience: 3+ years in business development or defense sales within the U.S. market. * Background: Experience with SOCOM or strong exposure to SOF * Technical Understanding: Familiarity with defense technologies such as UAS, C-UAS, autonomy, or advanced sensors. * Sales Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex procurement environments and close multi-stakeholder deals. * Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of Army procurement processes, OTA/IDIQ pathways, and DoD acquisition cycles. * Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to engage senior military and industry stakeholders with clarity and credibility. * Mindset: Highly proactive, mission-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities. Administrative Infrastructure * Develop scalable administrative systems, templates, trackers, and filing structures. * Support onboarding and offboarding activities for U.S.-based employees. * Assist with document management, records organization, and internal communications. * Establish repeatable processes that reduce administrative burden on leadership and staff. Travel & Event Coordination * Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and employees. * Support planning and logistics for demonstrations, trade shows, customer visits, and company events. * Manage meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, visitor coordination, and hospitality requirements. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * 5–7 years of experience in office administration, executive support, office management, or business operations. * Previous experience supporting senior leaders, executives, founders, or C-suite personnel. * Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, events, and administrative processes. * Experience in a startup, technology, aerospace, defense, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred. * Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. * Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
