The Opportunity
As the building block that provides a solid baseline for Agoda’s culture of integrity, the Compliance & Ethics team is at the

Within Booking Holdings, an enhanced and more connected global B2B organization is being built, bringing together strategic
partnership capabilities across Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda ("New B2B Business"). Intended to better serve partners, move
faster in the market, and unlock new opportunities for growth, the new organization will support strategic partnerships, affiliate
and API distribution, corporate and wholesale travel, and other commercial channels, serving airlines, travel management
companies, OTAs, financial institutions, platforms and other strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with colleagues
across Booking Holdings Inc., Booking Holdings Financial Services, our sister brands, and key functions including FinTech,
Product, Commercial, Legal, Internal Audit, People and Supply to help shape and support the next chapter of Booking Holdings' B2B
business, leveraging the company's scale, technology, talent and global reach to create best-in-class partner experiences and

Reporting to the Agoda Senior Director, Compliance Officer, you will be the senior payments compliance lead for Agoda’s B2B
(business to business) division, with a particular focus on our B2B payments products and related licensing obligations. You will
design, enhance, and oversee our compliance risk management and control framework and provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to
senior stakeholders.
This position is based in Bangkok. Agoda provides relocation support for successful candidates not currently located in Bangkok.

In this Role, You’ll Get To: Play a central role in the original design, set up and support for the New B2B Business’s privacy program, as well as provide the necessary advisory support across a number of different matters set out below. Privacy Program: * Design, set up and implementation of the New B2B Business’s privacy program: In conjunction with Agoda’s Privacy Program team, help design, advise on and build the privacy program of the New B2B Business. This includes its records of processing activities, drafting and implementation of relevant privacy policies and outward facing notices, privacy by design processes including for privacy impact assessments, as well as providing the necessary programmatic support for incident response, international data transfers (including data sharing), and data subject rights. Privacy advisory support: * Contracting, negotiations and templates: you will build out the necessary data protection contractual templates, and handle relevant privacy contractual negotiations for the New B2B Business. * Privacy by design and by default: through early, positive interactions and impact assessments you will provide our product teams with clear, practical privacy advice building in key privacy by design concepts for various initiatives. Reports to: Global HR Operations Director Location: London (with flexibility for US-aligned hours) Status: Fixed term contract till 31st December 2026, covering a period of parental leave. Job purpose: The Interim HR Operations Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact, this role will provide first-line support for US-focused and global employee queries and manage non-complex employee relations cases in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs). During this 6-month contract, the focus will be on operational excellence: leveraging systems (HiBob), managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring payroll and benefits alignment, and improving day-to-day service levels for colleagues. Principal accountabilities: Employee Query Resolution & Relations Support: * First-Line Support: Act as the first-line contact for employee and manager queries (specifically supporting the US workforce), ensuring timely, helpful, and high-quality resolution of day-to-day inquiries. * Employee Relations (ER): Manage and resolve non-complex employee relations cases, providing practical guidance to managers and escalating complex matters to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) where appropriate. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HRBPs to ensure a joined-up approach to supporting employees and operationalizing team changes. Process Implementation & Improvement: * Identify inefficiencies in current HR workflows and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline delivery and reduce manual intervention. * Ensure that the HRIS (HiBob) is fully leveraged to automate policy-driven processes, maintaining high data integrity. * Establish "gold standard" execution for HR administrative cycles, ensuring the team delivers a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle. Operational Execution & Support: * Provide high-level operational support to the Global HR Operations Director on complex cases and large-scale HR initiatives. * Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure that operational processes support the specific needs of different business units. * Oversee the maintenance of employee records and templates, ensuring they reflect current policy and legal requirements. Qualifications: * Proven experience in an HR Operations role within a global organisation, with a strong track record in policy development. * Deep practical experience supporting US-based employees, with a strong understanding of US employment law, benefits, and compliance requirements. * Demonstrated experience in process mapping and implementing continuous improvement methodologies. * Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise policies and procedural documentation. * Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a "right first time" mindset. * Proficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with HiBob is a significant advantage). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or CIPD Level 7). * Experience working in a mission-driven or international regulatory environment. * Experience in managing the operational aspects of US multi-state payroll and benefits.
