YOUR MISSION As the Senior Product Manager - Web3 for Bitpanda’s Vision Wallet, you will own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Bitpanda’s non-custodial wallet experience. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of crypto, self-custody, DeFi, consumer product, and security. You will be responsible for building a wallet that empowers users to access Web3 with confidence, while meeting Bitpanda’s high standards for usability, trust, quality, and regulatory awareness. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, risk, security, operations, marketing, and leadership to shape the future of Bitpanda’s Web3 product offering. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the product strategy and roadmap for Bitpanda Vision Wallet, ensuring alignment with Bitpanda’s broader product, crypto, and business strategy. * Lead the development of a best-in-class non-custodial wallet experience, covering onboarding, wallet creation and recovery, asset management, transaction flows and Web3 integrations. * Translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, trustworthy user experiences that make self-custody accessible without compromising on security. * Partner with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape around Web3, self-custody, DeFi, and digital assets. * Define product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, launch plans, and go-to-market inputs for new wallet features. WHO YOU ARE * Extensive experience in product management, specifically within crypto, fintech, wallets, and consumer trading applications. * Deep familiarity with diverse Web3 landscapes, including EVM chains, Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and self-custody tools like bridges and staking. * Proven ability to manage complex trade-offs between user experience, security, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility. * Strong track record of partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver, ship, and iterate on sophisticated technical products. * Excellent communication and analytical skills, utilizing data-driven insights to drive progress in fast-paced environments with a focus on Web3 accessibility.
