ABOUT THE JOB The Senior District Manager, Miami & Las Vegas leads sales strategy and execution across two of OpenTable's key dining markets. In this role, you will own revenue, customer growth, and retention while leading a high-performing team of account executives and account managers to meet regional targets. Leveraging your established hospitality industry relationships with restaurateurs and chefs, you will develop local partnerships, expand market share, and elevate brand awareness on both the consumer and restaurant sides. As a hands-on leader, you will set clear goals, drive engagement with top customers and prospects, and represent OpenTable as the partner of choice across both markets. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own revenue, customer growth, and retention across the Miami and Las Vegas markets through new sales acquisition and account expansion. * Build, develop, and nurture a high-performing sales team, proactively managing performance to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. * Develop local partnerships and community relationships that grow market share and build brand awareness for both consumers and restaurants. * Leverage existing relationships with restaurateurs, chefs, and hospitality leaders to establish OpenTable as the premier platform in both markets. * Engage directly in the field by spending significant time in-market, participating in customer meetings, and supporting team events. * Formulate and execute comprehensive territory strategies, delivering accurate sales forecasts and insights to leadership. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 8 years of sales or account management experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or technology industry. * 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales or customer success teams. * Established professional network and relationships with restaurateurs, chefs, and hospitality leaders in the Miami or Las Vegas markets. * Proven track record of owning revenue targets and executing successful territory growth strategies. * Ability to travel frequently and maintain a consistent, active presence within the assigned local markets. The range for this United States based role is $145,000-$160,000 plus quarterly sales bonus. ABOUT THE ROLE Khan Academy Brazil is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on Government Growth to join a small, mission‑driven, highly collaborative team with a big goal: expanding Khan Academy’s reach in Brazilian public education through strategic partnerships and public procurement. This role blends public‑sector business development, partnership strategy, bidding processes, and project management. You will build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with public districts, lead end-to-end bid processes, and use our prior partnership experience with school systems as proof points to drive expansion to other districts. If you are comfortable moving between strategic conversations with public education leaders and deep dives into RFPs, bid documents, and implementation details, this role is for you. Your key responsibilities Strategic growth * Design and scale partnership models with public districts, aligning Khan Academy’s pedagogical, technological, and financial value proposition with district's priorities * Use our prior partnership experience with public school systems as reference cases, structuring learnings, evidence, and narratives that can be replicated with other districts * Support local leadership in growth strategy for public districts, including sales and marketing efforts, coordinating proposals, presentations, and relationship strategies * Support philanthropic
