You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role & Responsibilities: * • Strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications • Deep understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and ability to define end-to-end automation strategy for enterprise-scale applications • Drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-based test generation/self-healing platforms) to improve testing speed and coverage • Design and implement scalable, reusable automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium with Python or Java • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for continuous testing • Perform functional, regression, API, and end-to-end automated testing across multiple application streams • Analyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve defects • Prepare and maintain test metrics, automation coverage reports, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility • Explore and prototype AI/ML-driven testing use cases (e.g., predictive test selection, anomaly detection, intelligent test data generation) Must Have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: . •  4–5 years of experience in software test automation, with at least  2–3 years working with AI-augmented testing tools •  Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Java •  Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing platforms (LambdaTest/BrowserStack) •  Working knowledge of AI Copilot tools and experience applying them within a testing/QA context •  Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (REST Assured, Postman, Swagger) •  Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) •  Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills •  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Note; Playwright tool / Python scripting Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow. You bring  4 -7 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role responsibilities * Evaluate and recommend suitable test automation tools and technologies based on project requirements and scalability needs. * Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks to support efficient and reliable testing. * Define and implement automation standards, best practices, and reusable solutions across the wider Fraud domain. * Provide technical guidance and support to automation testers within the team to ensure high-quality automation deliverables. * Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to understand requirements and communicate the capabilities and design of the test automation framework. * Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other Scrum team members, as well as colleagues across the wider organization, to ensure seamless integration of automation within the development lifecycle. * Develop and execute mobile application automation using Appium. * Perform performance testing using Apache JMeter to validate system scalability and reliability. * Demonstrate AI literacy, including the ability to leverage modern LLMs and AI tools to build automation assistants or agents that enhance testing efficiency and productivity. MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in test automation. * Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python. * Develop automated test scripts for UI, APIs, and databases, including SQL queries. * Experience in automated testing of web services, APIs, and web applications. * Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc * Ability to create and manage test plans, test strategies, and structured test cases. * Strong knowledge of testing techniques and BDD with Cucumber. * Experience testing microservices architecture * Hands-on experience with Selenium (UI), Rest Assured (API), Appium (Mobile), and JMeter (Performance. * Familiarity with GitHub Actions for pipeline execution and Postman for manual API testing. * Strong skills in documentation, including test reports, bug reports, and test completion reports. NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS   * Certified Tester Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) * Experience of automated testing of mobile applications. * Advanced ISTQB qualifications. * A degree in Computer Science, or similar computing subject. * Experience of working in an Agile software development environment. You bring 5+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role responsibilities * Lead end-to-end QA activities for CMS(Sitecore) and web platforms .  * Manage functional, regression, UAT, accessibility, analytics, and performance testing.  * Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright/Typescript.  * Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).  * Support content migration and rollout validations.  * Coordinate with Dev, BA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.  * Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvements.  * Mentor and guide junior QA team members.  * Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and release readiness documentation.    MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  * 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.  * Strong experience in CMS testing (Sitecore preferred).  * Hands-on experience with Playwright.  * Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.  * Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.  * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.  * Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and analytics testing.  * Experience in cross-browser and multi-device testing.  * Excellent defect management and reporting skills.    NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS   * Experience in large-scale enterprise website rollouts.  * Exposure to performance tools (BlazeMeter, Lighthouse).  If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
