AREAS OF OWNERSHIP: * Craft the direction and expression of Parloa brand design * Participate in the creative development of assets across digital and physical channels. * Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align visual storytelling. * Set the visual bar, and ensure brand fidelity across all creative assets. * Help to evolve and maintain our visual identity system. * QA design outputs for polish, detail, and consistency. * Support briefing and directing external creative agencies, while ensuring external partners deliver work that integrates seamlessly with in-house standards. * Champion an AI-first design mindset: exploring and implementing generative image and video tools to scale creativity. * Partner with Operations and Global Head of Design on prioritization, project planning, and resource allocation.
