About the role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to help scale Peec AI’s customer base in the French Market. In this role, you’ll own the
full sales cycle, from first conversation and product demo to negotiation and close, working with SEO, marketing, and growth
leaders at companies around the world. You’ll play a key role in bringing Peec AI to new customers, building trusted
relationships, and helping shape how we sell as we continue to grow.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE: Als Sales Executive wirst du Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und berichtest direkt an den Team Lead Sales. Da es sich um eine Position in unserem Vertriebsteam handelt, suchen wir jemanden mit Erfahrung in Kreditvermittlung, Vertrieb und Finanzierung mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz, der sofort durchstarten kann. Deine Expertise in der SME-Kreditvergabe und im Vertrieb in Deutschland wird deinen Kunden helfen, über unsere Kreditpartner die richtige Finanzierungslösung zu finden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört: * Kundeneinbindung: Kontaktieren, einbinden und betreuen unserer KMU-Kunden während des Kreditantragsprozesses * Akquise: Du akquirierst aktiv Kunden aus unserem CRM (warme leads, keine Cold Calls), um eine konsistente Sales Pipeline aufzubauen * Vertrauen bei Kunden aufbauen und langfristig binden: Erkläre kompetent die verschiedenen Finanzierungsoptionen, die Kunden über unsere Partner zur Verfügung stehen, und bleibe über Branchentrends, Markt und Wettbewerb auf dem Laufenden. About the role We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build Peec AI's outbound engine from the ground up. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, generating qualified pipeline, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to sharpen our go-to-market approach. This role means real ownership, room to shape how we do outbound, and a clear path to grow into a closing role as we scale. If you're the kind of person who gets a rush from picking up the phone, loves the puzzle of finding the right person to call, and wants to sell a product that's genuinely at the frontier of where search is heading, this is the role for you. What you'll do * Drive outbound prospecting by identifying and engaging decision-makers across SEO, marketing, and growth functions at companies that would benefit from Peec AI in the French speaking market * Execute personalized, high-quality outreach with cold calling at the core and email and LinkedIn in support, to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline for the Account Executive team * Leverage AI-powered tools to research prospects, personalize messaging at scale, and continuously sharpen your outbound approach * Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning based on what's resonating in the market * Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the SDR function scales What we're looking for * Hungry, driven, and relentlessly motivated, with a habit of setting ambitious targets and not stopping until you hit them * A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity, not a chore * Passionate about technology and the role AI is playing in reshaping how businesses operate and grow, ideally someone who already uses AI tools as part of their day-to-day workflow * Highly coachable and open to feedback, treating every conversation as a data point * Excited about the opportunity to learn the full sales cycle and grow toward an Account Executive role over time Bonus points * Experience with outbound sales tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar * Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space * Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, even in a junior or internship capacity * A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets in a previous SDR or similar role * Experience as an SDR/BDR operating in French territories What we offer * Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups * Regular team events and off-sites * Aggressive equity compensation package * Paid Meal and Uber home when working late * The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

What you will do * Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets. * Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development to help each rep reach their full potential. * Own and drive pipeline generation targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas. * Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture, specifically focused on cold-calling pre-qualified and unqualified leads. * Lead by example as a player-coach, jumping onto the phones during peak times or gaps in the schedule to demonstrate best-in-class prospecting and customer-facing conversations. * Build and maintain a strong cold calling culture within the team. Serve as a player-coach when needed, leading by example through direct prospecting activity - including cold calling - and customer-facing conversations. * Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs, high lead quality, and alignment on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target segments. * Identify process improvements and work with Revenue Operations to implement tools, automations, and workflows that increase team output. What Makes You a Great Fit * 1+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold calling. * 1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams. * Passion for fast-paced environments and the SMB sales landscape. * Proactive, flexible, and resilient in rapidly changing settings. * Excellent English communication and presentation skills. * C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French (in addition to English).
