In this role you will rebuild a team to ship customer and driver support automations, build AI assist features and lead certain integrations, while working with talented frontend, backend and AI engineers. Team: The Customer Engagement Team at Raisin is a dynamic cross-functional unit shaping the design and experience of our core customer touchpoints across markets. As a key contributor in this team, you'll take ownership of foundational domains such as our Customer Portal Dashboard on both web and mobile, ensuring consistent, engaging, and scalable user experiences. Your Responsibilities * You are responsible for the full E2E delivery cycle: from requirements analysis, effort estimation, through design, implementation, QA, and delivery. * You nurture an inspiring environment with open communication and a culture of trust. * You proactively resolve impediments and mitigate risks for your team. * In case you need to escalate delivery and team risks, you do this in a timely fashion, with a well-articulated solution/mitigation plan. * You collaborate closely with your team’s Product Manager and Tech Lead. * You facilitate the team’s work on strategy and planning for the delivery. * Together with the Product Manager, you drive the OKR process for your team: communication of objectives, KR definition, team commitment, and pairing OKRs with individual target agreements for your engineers. * You recruit, hire, and onboard engineers into the team. * You develop both your engineers’ soft- and technical skill-sets according to the company’s goals and needs. * You craft agreements and individual development plans with every team member, aligned to the team's goals. * You uncover training opportunities as well as provide coaching for your team. * You recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. * You establish and keep strong performance standards for your direct reports Your Profile * You have a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields or equivalent practical experience. * You bring at least 1 year of leadership/people management experience. * You have strong hands-on experience (min. 5 years) as Frontend Engineer. Familiarity with Python, React Native, or PHP is considered a strong plus.  * You have a proven track record of using AI tools to increase productivity, with hands-on proficiency in AI coding agents like Cursor to streamline development and code generation. * You have proven experience working with UX/UI principles, collaborating closely with designers, and translating user-centered designs into high-quality web/mobile implementations. * You know how to manage software projects to a successful delivery in collaborative fashion. * You have up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle in a frontend-technology landscape. * You are comfortable with open code and architecture discussions. * Fluency in English; German-language skills are a plus but not mandatory. Team The Investment and Pension Products tribe builds Raisin's capital markets–based products. We take complex, highly regulated financial systems and turn them into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences. Your Responsibilities * Own one of Raisin’s Investments and Pensions product areas end to end, from problem discovery to delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact. * Develop a deep understanding of your product area (customers, market, regulation, competitive landscape) and identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the broader domain. * Shape and maintain a value-driven 12-month roadmap, balancing strategic bets, improvements, and platform/operational needs; align stakeholders through clear narratives and trade-off decisions. * Set and track quarterly OKRs with your Engineering Lead, ensuring plans are grounded, measurable, and connected to Raisin’s strategy; you’re accountable for outcomes, not just output. * Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. * Communicate effectively through written product artifacts (e.g., PRDs, user journeys, wireframes, sequence diagrams, experiment plans, and release notes), providing enough clarity to enable autonomous team execution while keeping scope focused and aligned. Your Profile Must haves * At least 3 years of Product Management hands on experience leading a cross functional team. * Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling complex products that combine deep technical systems, non-trivial business logic, and high operational or regulatory constraints. * Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Business, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Executive Leadership) and drive cross-functional alignment on product vision and prioritization. You have a sufficient grasp of these disciplines, such that you can sketch high-level solutions to product problems in software design artifacts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Owner’s mentality: you tackle challenges head-on and drive solutions with conviction. * Highly data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making, including the ability to define KPIs, create product impact dashboards, and synthesize data into actionable product requirements. * A track record of leveraging qualitative (customer interviews) and quantitative (product usage data) insights to validate assumptions and drive product strategy. Bonus qualifications * Fluency in German. * Experience in Investment products, preferably with a leading European Fintech, investment firm or a Bank’s investment division. * Experience with Looker or similar analytical tools.
