For decades, the consumer side of those conversations sucked: long queues, robotic menus, repeated explanations, and advice that
is often unhelpful. Most people today still cannot simply say what their problem is in natural language when communicating with
businesses.
AI changes that. For the first time, companies can have natural conversations with customers at massive scale. Every B2C company -
from energy providers to telcos to insurers - will use AI agents to talk to their customers. The number of conversations
businesses will handle is going to explode in the coming years.
At telli, we are solving the challenges that come with that shift. Today, leading B2C companies like Sky are already using telli
to deploy thousands of voice agents to provide their customers with a new experience. But building a first voice agent is easy,
getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. telli helps companies build, deploy, and improve
consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade, and
we intend to win it.
We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. Be it engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and
move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models. All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership
over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture.

This is a high-ownership venture-building role for our first dedicated People & Talent hire. You won't just fill open roles —
you'll build telli's Talent & People function from second zero and own our ability to get A-players through the door across every
team.
The team we've built so far is exceptional, and we hire to a very high bar. This role is about scaling the team fast without
dropping the bar. Business first, then backwards: you figure out what the company actually needs, then go build it — the talent
engine, the hiring process, the playbook — while filling open roles at the same time. You partner directly with the founding team
and hiring managers to set the strategy and execute it.
On the People side, you won't build a classic HR shop. You'll think AI-first wherever humans aren't needed, and build real systems
wherever they are. You're highly versed (or learn fast) in building agents and automating away every workflow that can be — and
you're data-first, always seeing the magic behind the numbers and deriving your case from it.

Total Compensation Range: €72,930 - €104,550 THE POSITION BER3 is our Berlin flagship - and the site where we pilot the processes, tools, and automation that later scale across the whole Hive network. We're looking for a Site Lead to own it end-to-end: its people, its performance, its P&L, and its standard of excellence. You'll run a site of ~200 associates across all different areas leading through a team of Area Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role - you set the standard on the floor, not from a desk. You're first in and last out when it matters, calm under pressure, and you turn problems into proposals. Your Key Responsibilities: * Own the building end-to-end. Take full accountability for BER3's P&L, productivity, quality, safety and team health. Hitting monthly, quarterly and annual budget targets and treating every cost line and KPI as yours. Flag deviations early with a plan, not a surprise. * Run safe, high-quality daily operations. Keep associates safe and compliant as your first priority. Own order accuracy, customer NPS and health scores. Be visible on the floor, regular Gemba walks, shift-start presence during peaks, and time close to the work and the merchants you serve. * Lead and grow people. Coach your Area Managers with weekly 1:1s, clear growth paths and honest, regular feedback. Build a skills matrix, develop successors, and manage performance in line with our value of caring meritocracy. Keep a motivated team and low churn of your best people. * Drive improvement and innovation. BER3 is Hive's R&D site, so you'll run it with a try-fast, learn-fast mindset, piloting new processes, tools and automation, and turning what works at BER3 into improvements that ship across the network. Bring at least one measurable improvement initiative per quarter. * Communicate and collaborate. Write clearly (SOPs, incident post-mortems), present with structure (leadership reviews, all-hands), and own escalations end-to-end: including a fast, structured response on critical (SEV1) incidents. Partner with HQ, the WMS/product team, and merchant-facing teams. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who has: * Several years leading a fulfillment center, warehouse or 3PL operation at scale, with direct P&L ownership * A genuine hands-on, people-first leadership style and a never-give-up attitude * Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, able to read a P&L and act on it * A proactive, solution-first problem-solver who surfaces issues early and brings suggestions * A proven track record of building and developing teams, and of working with a diverse, multicultural workforce * Fluent English; German is a strong plus * Nice to have: Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous-improvement experience; familiarity with WMS systems and an interest in automation/AI in fulfillment; experience standing up new processes or sites OUR OFFERING * Build something that matters: Hive is redefining commerce operations in a €200B+ market. Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. THE OPPORTUNITY: Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets. We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine. This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices. You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets. The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area. Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle. Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation. Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid. Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices. Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms. Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity. Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead. In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth. In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops. Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes. YOUR PROFILE: * 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred. * Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence. * Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance. * Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications. * Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy. * High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity. * Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance. * Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders. * Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
