Join us as Finance Business Partner – Germany & the Netherlands to own financial and business performance across two of Qonto's most strategically distinct markets. You'll drive the regular performance monitoring system, lead Budget planning, and act as the primary financial partner to our country leadership teams in Germany and the Netherlands — as Qonto makes its transition to full banking services. You'll work under the guidance of Nathalie Neff, supported by our Strategic Finance team in Paris. ➡️ What you'll do Act as the country CFO for Germany and the Netherlands: Own the full financial performance of both markets, including weekly pulse, monthly decks, variance analysis that's sharp enough to change a decision. You coordinate with local and central business partners to make sure nothing falls through the cracks between Paris and the field. Closely support Country Manager in both markets: You're not just reporting on performance. You're in the room helping shape it. For Germany, that means reinforcing its position as Qonto's #2 market. For the Netherlands, it means accelerating a high-potential market that's still writing its playbook. Two contexts, one trusted finance partner. Lead Budget and all forecast cycles from day one: Structure assumptions, challenge allocations, keep both country teams aligned. You own the full cycle. Use AI as your second brain, not just a productivity tool: Beyond automating the recurring, you'll build intelligent systems that help country leadership think faster and decide better. That includes anomaly detection before it becomes a problem, scenario modeling on demand, insights that don't wait for the monthly review. Finance as a real-time partner, not a lagging indicator. Shape Qonto's banking transition from the inside: As Qonto becomes a full bank, you'll help define what "good performance" looks like in this new era — new metrics, new regulatory dimensions, new ways of telling the financial story. The governance frameworks don't exist yet. You'll contribute writing them. ➡️ What we're looking for End-to-end FP&A ownership: You've run the full loop, from performance management to forecasting, modeling, and budget cycles ,with a market or business unit as your perimeter. Not just contributed to it, you own it. Fluency with senior stakeholders: You've worked alongside Country Manager or VP-level leaders, challenged their assumptions constructively, and kept trust intact even when the numbers weren't what they wanted to hear. Fintech, SaaS or banking background: You've built your FP&A skills in a fast-scaling, data-driven environment where finance sits close to business decisions. Banking profiles are equally welcome, as Qonto moves toward full credit institution status, that expertise is a genuine asset. Direct by default: You give clear, honest feedback — upward and sideways — and you don't soften it until it loses its point. AI already in your workflow and you're ready to go further: You use AI today to move faster and think sharper. You're ready to build on that: agents, autonomous reporting, real-time insights that make you a better business partner, not just a more efficient one. ➡️ What we can offer you Two markets, one role, rare strategic scope, and no two days that look the same: Germany, Qonto's #2 market, scaled, more mature, high-stakes. The Netherlands, our highest-potential emerging market, still accelerating, still being shaped. Managing both simultaneously means constantly adapting your approach, building frameworks in one market that compound into the other. Joining at the most consequential moment in Qonto's history: The company is becoming a full credit institution. You'll help build the financial governance supporting that shift. Real influence, not just reporting: Direct partnership with country leadership means you're in the room where decisions happen. Your analysis shapes what gets built and funded, and whats gets killed. Berlin-based, Paris-connected, AI-native by design: Embedded with the German market. Backed by Qonto's Strategic Finance team in Paris. Working in a culture where AI isn't a feature, it's infrastructure. You'll be expected to push it further. ➡️ Your future manager You'll report to Nathalie, our Strategic Finance Director. Nathalie started her career at a Big 4 firm before moving into corporate FP&A roles across Business Partnering and Revenue at companies like Criteo, Ubisoft, Solocal, and Activision-Blizzard. She joined Qonto to lead a talented Strategic Finance team of five — and she’ll support you in developing your scope, give you the keys to master your topics, and back your continuous growth.
