WHAT YOU WILL DO As one of our first developers, you will bridge the gap between beautifully designed frontends and scalable backends. You'll tackle the big questions: How do we build systems that scale while maintaining simplicity? What’s the fastest way to ship the right amount of function? And how do we leverage AI in every part of our process? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company's success. On a typical day, your tasks may include: * Owning features across our full stack, writing clean code for both frontend and backend systems * Working directly with commercial teams to architect and implement platform enhancements * Using AI coding assistants and modern development tools to accelerate workflows and maintain code quality * Building robust APIs and integrating AI models into production systems * Designing end-to-end solutions that combine individual data flows into unified models across verticals * Thinking of creative ideas and making bold decisions that shape our technology platform WHO YOU ARE We're looking for creative, ambitious and skilled full-stack engineers who can drive our business with technical solutions. You're someone who doesn't just write code, you translate ideas into software that is easy yet powerful, leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to deliver production-ready MVPs at lightspeed. Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role At Mirelo, you’ll join a small, fast-moving team building real products on top of our generative audio models. This role is hands-on and high-ownership: you’ll ship end-to-end features across our stack, work directly with research and product, and help shape how our technology becomes something creators and partners actually use. As we scale our go-to-market efforts, the engineering work you do will sit at the heart of both user-facing products and deeper integrations with platforms, tools, and enterprise partners. Key Responsibilities * Building and maintaining our products on top of our cutting-edge generative AI models for music and sound. * High degrees of ownership: you will be responsible for shipping end-to-end features across the front and back ends of our stack, as well as helping set the direction of the features and products you're working on. * Collaborate closely with our research teams and growth/sales teams and stay close to our users: spot practical opportunities, identify pain points, and turn them into actionable engineering tasks. * Work comfortably with our current tech stack: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, shadcn, and Convex as the backend. * Work with essential cloud services—primarily AWS Lambda and S3—for integrations, automation, and deployment workflows * Use modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to move fast while keeping craftsmanship high. * Communicate clearly with teammates, jump into discussions, and help drive the technical direction together. Ideal Candidate Profile * 5+ years of professional web development experience, preferably in fast-moving product or startup environments. * Strong expertise in TypeScript (both frontend and backend), React, Tailwind, component libraries. * Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: data modeling, migrations, performance, API design, security and data workflow. * Self-directed in a healthy way: you take ownership, move forward proactively, and keep the team in the loop. Nice to Have * Basic understanding of machine learning and experience using ML/LLM tooling in products. * Hands-on experience with Convex, or similar serverless backend platforms, and the ability to quickly become productive with it. Proficiency in Python. * Exposure to AWS beyond Lambda/S3 (CloudFront, IAM basics, monitoring). * Experience contributing to or maintaining larger production codebases. Training Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role In this role, you’ll focus on the full training stack - profiling GPU behavior, debugging training pipelines, improving throughput, choosing the right parallelism strategies, and designing the infrastructure that lets us train models efficiently at scale. You’ll work across cluster management, model training, efficient data pipelines for video and audio, inference and optimizing pytorch code. Your work will shape the foundation on which all of our generative models are built and iterated. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Find ideal training strategies (parallelism approaches, precision trade-offs) for a variety of model sizes and compute loads * Profile, debug, and optimize single and multi-GPU operations using tools like Nsight and stack trace viewers to understand what's actually happening at the hardware level * Analyze and improve the whole training pipeline from start to end (efficient data storage, data loading, distributed training, checkpoint/artifact saving, logging, …) * Set up scalable systems for experiment tracking, data/model versioning, experiment insights. * Design, deploy and maintain large-scale ML training clusters running SLURM for distributed workload orchestration IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE * Familiarity with the latest and most effective techniques in optimizing training and inference workloads—not from reading papers, but from implementing them * Deep understanding of GPU memory hierarchy and computation capabilities—knowing what the hardware can do theoretically and what prevents us from achieving it * Experience optimizing for both memory-bound and compute-bound operations and understanding when each constraint matters * Expertise with efficient attention algorithms and their performance characteristics at different scales NICE TO HAVE * Experience in implementing custom GPU kernels and integrating them into PyTorch. * Experience with diffusion and autoregressive models and understanding of their specific optimization challenges * Familiarity with high-performance storage solutions (VAST, blob storage) and understanding of their performance characteristics for ML workloads * Experience with managing SLURM clusters at scale WHY JOIN? * Join at a pivotal moment.
