IHRE AUFGABEN * Technisches Lead-Management: Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für das Shopify Plus Backend und Frontend-Gerüst. Du entwickelst Themes weiter und implementierst Features, die über Standard-Apps hinausgehen. * Inhousing & Autonomie: Du ersetzt schrittweise die externe Agentur-Expertise durch eigenes Know-how und schaffst Prozesse, die uns schneller und agiler machen. * Performance & CRO: Du verwandelst Daten in Umsatz. IHR PROFIL * Tech-Stack: 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Shopify-Umfeld (Liquid ist dein Zuhause). Du verstehst APIs und weißt, wie man einen Shop „lean“ hält, ohne ihn mit Apps zu überladen. * Growth Mindset: Du denkst in KPIs (AOV, CR, CLTV). Eine schöne Website reicht dir nicht – sie muss konvertieren. * Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist dir nicht zu schade, selbst Bugs zu fixen, hast aber gleichzeitig den strategischen Weitblick für die Roadmap 2026. * Struktur: Erfahrung in der Internationalisierung von Shops und im Handling von B2B-Workflows. * Sprache: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch und Deutsch.
