YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Job brief: As a Red teamer at SRLabs, you work in a small and specialised team simulating infiltrations of corporate environments with high levels of protection for our clients. From obtaining initial access via external vulnerabilities or phishing, over lateral movement and to a domain takeover, you take part in the full chain of emulating adversarial cyber attacks. To remain undetected and complete your mission, you are able to avoid noise and bypass detection solutions and other protection measures. You analyze protection and monitoring gaps for their technical and operational root causes, and provide actionable steps for closing these gaps, bearing in mind the customer specific constraints our clients are facing. Your strategic advice supports the management in defining the security roadmap and employing security budget most effectively. Your Responsibilities: * Participate in red team engagements at SRLabs' clients * Perform external penetration testing and run phishing campaigns * Bypass protection measures and move undetected inside corporate networks * Develop tools, scripts and exploits for red team engagements * Create presentations to communicate risk and provide strategic advice on process optimizations * Support the client in addressing findings, in both, written and verbal communication * Develop methodologies to extrapolate from Red Team insights to generic security assurance checks * (Optional) Lead red team exercises and take responsibility for what comes with it (scoping, task management, escalations, ...) WHAT DO YOU BRING? What do you bring: * Strong foundational knowledge of information technology, including (Operating systems, Networking and Web technologies) * Hands-on experience in offensive security and red teaming * Solid experience with Active Directory and Entra ID security * Experience in client-facing roles or security consulting, including (presenting technical findings to diverse audience and provide strategic advice to clients) * Infrastructure and web penetration testing * Proficiency in programming languages such as: * Python, C/C++, Go, Java * Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Nice to have Relevant expertise from areas like * Malware delivery and development * Incident response * Vulnerability research and exploit development * Reconnaissance, OSINT and social engineering * Operational security and bypassing of security measures (AV/EDR, endpoint and infrastructure hardening, SIEM generated alerts, Honeypots, ...) * Detection engineering and SOC operation * Experience in management consulting and communication WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US? Mission Brief We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM/PP Consultant to support and further develop our global supply chain and manufacturing processes in a S/4HANA private cloud environment. In this role, you will act as a key interface to business stakeholders, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Production Planning (PP) solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions including configuration in S/4HANA, and ensuring smooth integration across warehousing, production, logistics, and adjacent business functions. Your Role in Our Space Mission: * Lead and support SAP EWM and PP initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from blueprint and design to implementation, testing, and go-live support. * Analyze business processes in warehouse management, production planning, logistics, and supply chain, and propose efficient SAP-based solutions. * Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM and PP processes, including inbound, outbound, internal movements, production supply, staging, and inventory processes. * Work closely with business stakeholders, key users, and the SAP team to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications * Manage change requests, perform impact assessments, and ensure system changes align with business objectives. * Support testing, cutover, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization * Identify process improvements and drive automation and standardization initiatives. Qualification Checklist * At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP PP, ideally in complex international environments. * Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and production processes. * Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects. * Solid knowledge of integration points between EWM/PP and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and WM. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a structured manner. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP S/4HANA-Specific Requirements * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or migration projects. * Deep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model and its impact on logistics and manufacturing processes. * Experience with embedded EWM and its integration with production and warehouse processes in S/4HANA. * Experience with Fiori apps, SAP standard processes, and the use of SAP best practices in S/4HANA. Preferred Qualification * Experience in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, or industrial environments. * Knowledge of production supply, manufacturing integration, warehouse automation, or RF processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The Role We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Executive — a rare profile that combines genuine cybersecurity expertise with the commercial acumen to own client relationships and drive revenue. This is not a conventional sales role, nor a pre-sales support function. You are a trusted advisor who understands complex client problems deeply, shapes the right solutions in partnership with our Principals, and owns the commercial process end-to-end. This is a foundational hire, working directly alongside the CEO of SRLabs, with a mandate to grow client relationships across Europe — with Germany as the core market and active expansion into Scandinavia and other high-growth regions. What You'll Do Be the Trusted Technical-Commercial Bridge * Engage with CISO-level and senior security stakeholders as a credible peer — someone who can hold a substantive conversation about threat landscapes, security architecture, and programme maturity before any commercial discussion begins. * Translate complex, multi-disciplinary cybersecurity challenges into compelling, outcome-driven solutions that draw on the full SRLabs and Allurity portfolio. * Qualify opportunities with technical rigour — understanding the client's environment, constraints, and priorities well enough to shape the right engagement without constant input from delivery teams. * Serve as the bridge between client needs and internal Principals: extracting the right expertise efficiently, not creating dependency on them Drive Cross-Group Revenue Across Allurity * Develop a deep understanding of the full Allurity portfolio — offerings, positioning, and ideal client profiles across group companies. * Actively engage with commercial counterparts across Allurity to identify and activate cross-sell and co-sell opportunities. * Orchestrate collaboration across the group to ensure clients receive the most relevant expertise and solutions, bringing the combined Allurity value proposition into every client conversation. * Across SRLabs and the Allurity group, you will have a compelling, broad portfolio to bring to clients — including Software Assurance & Blockchain/Web3 Security (a flagship SRLabs differentiator), Red Team Operations, Penetration Testing, SOC, Incident Response & Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, OT Security, and more. Minimal handholding; maximum ownership. * Partner with the CEO to define and execute the European revenue strategy. * Generate opportunities through relationship networks, referrals, and market presence — not generic lead generation. * Represent SRLabs and Allurity at industry events and client forums as a credible market voice. * Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting, reporting directly to the CEO. WHAT DO YOU BRING? * Genuine cybersecurity expertise — you have either worked in cybersecurity consulting, security advisory, or a closely adjacent technical domain. You can hold your own in a room with a CISO or a Security Architect. * You have strong B2B enterprise sales experience (5+ years) with a strong track record of closing complex, consultative deals. * Experience selling cybersecurity services/solutions or enterprise SaaS with demonstrable cybersecurity knowledge. * Ability to engage credibly with technical and executive stakeholders alike. * A self-starter mentality — you build your own pipeline, manage your own time, and own your number. * Demonstrated track record of cross-selling in a multi-product or multi-company environment — you proactively map client needs to the right service and know how to sequence conversations across a broad portfolio. * Fluent to native-level German speaker; strong English communication skills. * Based in Germany with willingness to travel. Nice to have * Prior experience selling security consulting, pentesting, red teaming, SOC or cyber advisory services. * Background as a consultant or in a consulting environment (e.g., Big 4, boutique advisory, or technology consulting) understanding the consulting business model and how to sell outcomes rather than products is a strong advantage. * Existing network within enterprise or critical infrastructure across Europe. * Experience speaking or presenting at industry events.
