DEINE MISSION Friendsurance sucht eine(n) engagierte(n) Finance Director (m/w/d) für unser dynamisches und familiäres Finanzteam.  Als Finance Director (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen Finanz- und Legal Führung unseres Unternehmens. DEINE AUFGABEN * Du bist Teil des erweiterten Management Teams und verantwortest die operative Exzellenz im Finanzbereich: * Optimierung und Automatisierung von Accounting-Prozessen (insb. AP/AR) * Skalierbarkeit der Finanzprozesse für zukünftiges Wachstum * Unterstützung bei Geschäftsplanung und Profitabilitätsanalysen * Du leitest das Finance & Legal Teams und bist gemeinsam mit diesem verantwortlich für alle wiederkehrenden Finanzthemen, wie z.B.: * Monatsabschlüsse und USt.-Voranmeldung – mit dem Ziel, den Abschlussprozess kontinuierlich schneller und schlanker zu machen * Jahresabschluss und dessen Prüfung * Rechnungsstellung und Zahlungsverkehr (AP/AR) * Controlling und reporting an das Management * Du bist in der Lage, bestehende Finance-Prozesse blitzschnell zu analysieren, zu bewerten und zu automatisieren  * Du erstellst Business Cases für anstehende neue Projekte und bewertest Commercial Contracts aus finanzieller Perspektive * Du führst unseren Legal Counsel und triffst gemeinsam Entscheidungen zu verschiedenen rechtlichen Themen im Unternehmen.. Dabei stehst du in engem und kontinuierlichem Austausch mit dem Management, um über alle relevanten Aktualisierungen und Maßnahmen informiert zu sein und deren Umsetzung zu begleiten * Du bringst deine finanz- und zahlen orientierte Perspektive in Diskussionen mit dem Management und anderen Teammitgliedern ein * Du bist Ansprechpartner für externe Stakeholder wie Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer. DEIN PROFIL * Du hast bereits einige Jahre Erfahrung als Head of Finance oder Controller in einem Scale-up oder schnell wachsenden Startup, inklusive Führungserfahrung * Du arbeitest hands-on und hast ein Faible dafür, Prozesse effizienter, automatisierter und skalierbarer zu machen * Die Führung eines Teams und die Organisation von Finanz- und Controllingprozessen machen dir gleichermaßen Spaß * Du bist sicher im Umgang mit HGB- und IFRS-Rechnungslegungsstandards und hast solide Kenntnisse des deutschen Steuerrechts  * Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Finanzmodellierung und Datenanalyse  * Du hast Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Accounting-Tools/-Systemen. We’re seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate & M&A) to lead our legal strategy across two primary pillars: comprehensive corporate governance and M&A transactions throughout Europe. In this role, you will act as the primary legal architect for M&A activities while simultaneously overseeing the corporate lifecycle and governance of our international subsidiaries. You will manage complex negotiations, draft transactional and corporate documentation, and ensure that our corporate structure and M&A initiatives are executed with precision to protect the company’s global interests. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: * Oversee entity lifecycle management, corporate secretarial matters, and board support across European subsidiaries. * Draft and manage intercompany agreements and support internal group reorganizations. * Provide ongoing legal counsel to internal business units on corporate law matters. * Lead the full M&A lifecycle, including strategic deal preparation, drafting LOIs, performing legal due diligence, and negotiating transactional documentation (SPAs, TSAs) with rigorous risk protection.
