In this role, you will be leading all aspects of marketing at Kayzen, sharpening our positioning as a leading, performance-focused

The Team
You will be part of the GTM (Go To Market) group, working with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team
spanning customer success, sales & business development, product and more functions. We are highly motivated and aligned in our
quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar mobile and CTV ad-tech industry.
The Role
Your role requires a deep understanding of the advertising technology industry with its various actors, such as advertisers,
agencies, ad platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Measurement, etc). Kayzen offers a leading technology platform used by a diverse set of
customers (multiple ICPs: Apps, Agencies, Media Buyers) who aim to get performance outcomes from ad campaigns running on CTV and
mobile apps. The unifying element of our customers is that they choose Kayzen for our ability to deliver measurable results while
giving them full transparency and control. Whether the outcomes they look for are app installs, new customers, purchases and
repeat purchases or upper funnel goals like engagement and brand lift. The main geographic market focus is on Europe and the US.
The Kayzen team members, customers, partners and vendors you will interact with are primarily based in Europe and the US. You will
be responsible for taking over and growing a lean and highly effective team covering all aspects of our marketing: demand
generation, growth, product marketing, content, CRM, sales enablement, partnerships and events. You will be reporting to Tim (CEO)
or another executive leader.

YOUR ROLE * Scale the content engine with full ownership over PR, content, and partnership strategy, working directly with the Head of Marketing, VP Commercial, and Co-Founders — with the opportunity to grow your own team over time. * Drive thought leadership in private markets and institutional investing through high-impact content pieces and punctual PR launches following an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. * Define and grow our partnership strategy with key players in the VC/PE ecosystem. * Build, mentor, and collaborate with a growing marketing team and work hand-in-hand with the commercial engine — consisting of a Growth Marketing Manager, Marketing Associate, network of freelancers and 10+ Account Executives. * Analyse content performance across channels, producing content analytics with clear benchmarks for engagement and conversion, and using insights to refine strategy. ABOUT YOU * 6–10 years’ experience in B2B marketing, financial journalism, or editorial — with meaningful exposure to private markets, VC, PE, or institutional investing. * Proven PR network and journalistic connections in finance and investment media. * Fluent and/or open to adapting ABM and demand generation strategies; you think in stories and funnels * Track record of successfully executing content campaigns end-to-end across brand, PR, digital, content, and field. * Experience building partnership programs and thriving in a scaling company — able to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. * Comfortable speaking the language of capital; consulting or finance background a strong plus. * Native-level English writing skills; German or French are a big plus, with Spanish as an additional advantage. * Proficient with G-Suite and experienced in tools such as Claude, GPT, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or Webflow. * High ownership mentality — proactive in learning new skills and tackling challenges head-on. * Strong point of view on AI in marketing — and a track record of actually using it. * Passionate about private markets and European themes: sovereignty, the rise of European venture, the infrastructure gap. The Team The Platform Engineering team owns Real-time bidding (RTB) platform, a Real-time budget system, Real-time event processing, Stream data processing engine and multiple other complex large-scale distributed components and data pipelines. We work closely with data scientists, data analysts, product and business teams. We are responsible for some of the most technically challenging work, for example: * Handling ~2 Million Req/sec in sub-millisecond latency * Handing & managing ~Petabytes of data * Managing distributed systems deployed across multiple data centers * Optimizing JVM and Linux kernel for optimal performance * Managing our own data center spread across the globe consisting of thousand of powerful servers * Working on some of the most challenging problems of Ad-Tech Sounds interesting. About the Role We are looking for an LLM Platform Engineer /Lead who can evangelise AI across the company and build the foundational tooling, frameworks, and workflows that allow teams to ship AI-powered features quickly and safely. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who understands modern AI capabilities and focuses on developer velocity, reuse, and production readiness rather than training complex models from scratch. Responsibilities * Design and build internal AI frameworks, SDKs, and shared libraries * Enable teams to integrate AI features with minimal friction * Set up standardized patterns for using LLMs, embeddings, agents, and workflows * Build reusable components for prompt management, evaluation, observability, and safety * Define best practices for AI usage, cost control, and reliability * Evangelise AI internally through documentation, examples, and hands-on guidance * Rapidly prototype AI-powered features and turn them into reusable building blocks * Own AI tooling from experimentation to production Requirements AI Tooling & Framework Experience (Core Focus) * Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) * Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases * Familiarity with prompt engineering, prompt versioning, and evaluation * Experience with AI orchestration frameworks * Good understanding of AI observability, cost monitoring, and failure modes * You’ve shipped at least one LLM-powered feature to production and iterated based on telemetry or user feedback. * Comfortable with embeddings, fine-tuning, vector search, tokenisation, and evaluation methodologies. * Familiar with data lakes/warehouses, feature stores, and streaming/batch ETL; cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
