This role is part of our Growth Strategy team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and
performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communication that drives performance, boosts brand awareness, and shifts market
share for our clients such as eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines
technology, creativity and data to truly deliver state of the art solutions to make our clients grow and challenge the traditional
agency landscape.
As a Media Strategy Director (m/f/div) at DEPT®, you will be the connecting link between our client's business objectives and our
agency's comprehensive service portfolio. You will work closely with our Client Service team to create and implement strategic
plans for well-known brands in our client portfolio and help them navigate through the ever-evolving digital landscape.
You will be the main driver for developing long-term digital marketing strategies including communication, performance, and media
tactics in collaboration with our channel & tech experts. Together with our client service team, you present your team's work &
ideas eloquently in workshops, QBRs, or other formats to our clients and partners.

We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused CX platforms, Apps, Online Shops and Design systems at scale and speed. As Associate Director, you will lead pitches to win new business in DACH and EMEA and oversee projects for key accounts to develop user-centered experiences that drive measurable growth. WHO WE ARE: We are a fast-growing AI-robotics startup that automates logistics and production processes with innovative hardware and software solutions. Our proprietary AI controls robots to make picking more efficient. To further expand our market position, we seek a Marketing Director (m/f/d) who will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy and execution to performance analysis, and who will eventually establish and grow our marketing team. OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive our brand and market presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and market share, while maintaining and evolving our corporate design and messaging across all channels. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns, including SEO, SEA, social media, and email marketing—to generate leads and increase conversions, closely monitoring key performance indicators to refine strategies. Additionally, you will create and manage targeted content such as white papers, blog posts, and newsletters, and orchestrate PR activities and event appearances to further establish our brand. Collaborating with Sales, you’ll support lead generation and enhance lead scoring and nurturing processes. In the medium term, you'll build and lead a high-performing marketing team, manage external agencies, and oversee the marketing budget, preparing regular reports and presentations to ensure efficient resource allocation and clear communication with management.
