Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on
fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound
confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix, Steuerbot and TaxScouts, is a
compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts,
developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax
refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
AI is fundamentally changing how people optimize their taxes. The playbook that built our self-filing business over the last
decade won't be the one that grows it over the next five. This role exists to write the new one.
Taxfix's self-filing product is what put us on the map nearly 10 years ago, and it remains the core of our business today spanning
both the Taxfix and Steuerbot brands in Germany. But the market is shifting fast: consumer expectations, competitive dynamics, and
the products themselves are all being reshaped by AI.
As Director of Product for Self-Filing, you will own our core self-filing product lines. You set the product vision, lead the
strategy, and drive the quality of execution across a set of high-autonomy Builder teams. You work as a duo with the Commercial
leader of your business area. The Commercial leader owns the what, why, and how much. The Director of Product owns the how — the
product vision, the roadmap, the craft, and the delivery.
You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer, with full senior sponsorship to move fast and make the big calls.

in how they evolve: where they converge and where they stay distinct.
AI removes genuine cognitive load in the filing journey and where it's noise. You push the team to build experiences that
weren't possible 18 months ago and to reimagine filing itself: from a once-a-year event into a year round optimization
experience.

You decide what not to do as clearly as what to do, and you grow the product through focus, not by trying to do everything.

More than one third of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste! At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: To inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. We are the world's #1 app for fighting food waste and we work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers. The magic of Too Good To Go has expanded rapidly across Europe, the US, and Canada, with over 500 million meals saved across our 20 countries to date. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but did we mention the issue is huge? We always want to raise the bar and that’s where you come in. Your mission at Too Good to Go… We’re looking for an exceptional Global Director of Logistics & Fulfillment to lead the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment engine behind Parcels across transportation, warehousing, repack, pick/pack, and last-mile delivery. This is a strategic role with a highly operational core: you’ll define the global fulfillment strategy, build the partner ecosystem, and drive the day-to-day performance and continuous improvement needed to scale reliably in an agile, high-growth environment. You will report to the VP Operations, Parcels and sit on the Global Parcels Leadership Team, leading a global organization of 15+ team members across 10+ countries. Our Parcels business is a transformative solution that enables food manufacturers to effectively reduce food waste while extracting value from surplus food. Through direct purchasing from food manufacturers, Too Good To Go carefully curates and assembles the purchased products into bundles, which are then offered to our users at a discount of ~50% off of original retail. Sold through our existing Too Good To Go app, customers can opt to have their orders conveniently delivered to their doorstep or pick it up from a nearby location. Instead of allowing these products to go to waste, manufacturers decrease their environmental impact, optimise their revenue by maximising the value of saved food, and enhance product visibility in the market. In the role, you will: Build and scale a best-in-class fulfillment network (strategy + execution) * Own and optimize the full Parcels logistics value chain: inbound to warehouse, repack/kitting, inventory management, pick/pack, carrier handoff, last-mile delivery, and returns/claims. * Architect and execute a logistics and fulfillment strategy that supports cost efficiency, service quality, and international growth. * Operate comfortably in ambiguity: create structure fast, make trade-offs, and iterate as we scale. Own and manage the 3PL and carrier ecosystem * Evaluate, select, and onboard 3PLs, fulfillment partners, and data/visibility providers; negotiate commercial and legal terms and ensure strong governance. * Define and implement operational standards with partners: facility/site design, process flows, repack specifications, SOPs, WMS/data integration, ERP migrations and capacity planning. * Lead quarterly and annual business reviews; own partner performance against SLAs and drive corrective action when service or cost drifts. Drive performance through S&OP, planning, and inventory discipline * Be an active driver of the monthly S&OP cadence, connecting and challenging demand forecasts, supply planning, capacity, and operational constraints. * Partner closely with Commercial and Supply Planning to maintain healthy inventory: reduce obsolescence, shrink, and write-offs, and improve inventory turns. * Build dashboards and operating rhythms that create transparency and decision speed across markets. Lead teams and cross-functional execution in a matrix * Lead and develop a global logistics organization; set clear priorities, empower local leaders, and raise the operational bar across markets. * Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, Projects/CI, and local Operations teams to execute against business goals. * Lead complex cross-functional initiatives (e.g., carrier transitions, new country launches, peak readiness, system implementation, process changes). What success looks like for this role: * A scalable, repeatable fulfillment model that behaves like a modern e-commerce operation: reliable delivery, strong unit economics, and operational control. * Strong partner performance and accountability: clear SLAs, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement. * Define and implement service metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, refunds, delivery quality) while driving down cost-to-serve. * Inventory health and planning maturity: fewer write-offs, fewer surprises, faster decision cycles. What is required for this role: * Experience in senior logistics / fulfillment leadership (or similar), ideally in e-commerce, food delivery, meal kits, retail, or food/CPG supply chain. * Proven experience building and managing multi-country logistics operations with multiple 3PLs and carrier partners. * Strong track record in warehouse process design and optimization (directly or through 3PLs): pick/pack, repack/kitting, layout, capacity planning. * Experience with cross-border and pan-European parcel networks is a strong advantage. * Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus. * Strong analytical capability (KPIs, dashboards, root-cause problem solving) and planning discipline (S&OP, capacity, inventory). * Excellent stakeholder management—able to align teams, challenge constructively, and drive decisions. You’ll succeed in this role if you are: * A strategic operator: you can design the system and also roll up your sleeves to make it work day to day. * Comfortable moving fast: you can deliver outcomes in an agile, iterative environment without waiting for perfect information. * Commercially sharp: you understand unit economics, contract levers, and how to scale with partners without losing control. * Calm under pressure: you can handle peak periods, partner incidents, and operational fire-fighting while still improving the system. Our values: * We win together: Food waste is a big beast to fight. We can do it if we win together as Waste Warriors with no ego. We believe in a #oneteam. * We raise the bar: We always push for more. We work smart, smash barriers and elevate one another. * We keep it simple: Our ambitions are bold but our solutions are simple. * We build a legacy: We’re proud of the change we’re driving. * We care: We always look out for each other. Caring is also about the way we do business. We do the right thing. What we have to offer: * A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you’re achieving positive change. * The experience of being part of an international company with 1300+ enthusiastic and highly talented teammates across 20 countries (and growing). * Strong personal as well as professional development in an intense and high-growth scale-up environment. * An open company culture where you have the independence and room to unleash your creativity. * A strong team culture where successes are celebrated together. A Movement for Everyone We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. With that mission, it’s only natural that we want to build a diverse and inclusive team of highly capable individuals who are passionate about doing things in a better way. We strongly believe we all excel and are more creative when we’re allowed to be ourselves, and we’re committed to a culture where all of us belong. We are an equal opportunity employer and all employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need. ABOUT WOLT At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. DoorDash's mission is to grow and empower local economies — and in Europe, that mission comes to life through two of the continent's most dynamic consumer brands: Wolt and Deliveroo. Together, they bring an extraordinary range of products to people's doors, from restaurant meals and groceries to electronics, beauty, pet supplies, pharmaceuticals and more. Underpinning it all is a broad and ambitious technology platform spanning logistics, retail software, financial solutions and autonomous delivery, as well as Wolt's own grocery retail operation under the Wolt Market brand. With thousands of merchant partners across dozens of European markets, the business is growing fast — and the regulatory landscape is growing more complex with it. To help us navigate this evolving environment, we are looking for a Director of Policy Development to join the team, working across our European and Middle Eastern operations at Wolt and Deliveroo. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced policy professional to join the Global Policy Team’s Policy Development and Research Group. The Director level role will shape the legal and regulatory framework for a new sector of the economy at a pivotal moment in Europe and the Middle East. This expansive role will focus on legislative analysis, developing our policy positions with input from cross-functional business teams, and strategic input on our policy priorities. You will work closely with Policy Team members across Europe and the Middle East and stakeholders across the company to develop and support the adoption of policies that best serve couriers, merchants, and consumers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Owning and driving Wolt and Deliveroo's regulatory analysis on high-impact legislative proposals across Europe and the Middle East — translating complex law-making processes into clear business, operational and commercial outcomes for senior leadership. * Bringing sharp legal and legislative expertise to our most ambiguous and high-stakes regulatory challenges — particularly around the future of work for courier partners — and making sound judgments with incomplete information under time pressure. * Acting as a strategic engine of the policy development function: partnering with our Public Affairs Team to understand the political landscape and how we can best advance our priorities through legislative and regulatory processes. . * Building and driving alignment across Legal, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance and Communications, acting as the connective tissue between policy and the business functions that need to act on it. * As needed, supporting our Public Affairs Team in external engagement with policymakers, regulators, industry groups, and other stakeholders. * Engaging with academics, think tanks, and other stakeholders to build thought leadership in cutting-edge policy issues — shaping the broader policy environment and building our credibility as a constructive voice in the regulatory debate. * Balancing legal, operational and financial trade-offs when advising on regulatory risk, ensuring that our positions are not only legally sound but commercially realistic and executable at scale. WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE… * 10+ years of professional experience from the legal field and/or government or policy development in an international setting, with a demonstrated record of success focusing on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues. In-house experience is considered an advantage. * Master of Laws degree from a reputable university in the EU, or strong legal experience. * Previous professional exposure to digital platforms, mobile apps or software solutions. * A self-starter who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves no matter the task. * Fluency in English, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * You have experience working in a global business environment, demonstrating the ability to operate with strong cross-cultural competence and flexibility with working hours – plus the ability to occasionally travel to other cities in Europe, as well as the U.S. to further global collaboration across the team. * Bonus points for experience in employment and labour law, in international settings at a law firm, in-house at a technology company, and/or with a U.S.-based company. NEXT STEPS * If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an ambitious team, then click below to apply and let’s get the conversation going! Please submit both your CV and a cover letter as supporting documents for your application. * Along with a competitive salary and benefits, you will also be eligible for: * Opportunity to be part of building something exceptional, in an international environment. * Lots of learning and growth in a globally scaling tech company. * Hybrid work model, blending office presence with flexibility. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
