Revolutioniere die Altersvorsorge in Deutschland Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Operations Manager (f/m/d) rund um das Thema Altersvorsorgedepot, der die operative End-to-End-Verantwortung für diesen zentralen Geschäftsbereich übernimmt. Deine Aufgaben: * Aufbau und Steuerung der operativen Abläufe in den Bereichen Übertragungen, Zulagenmanagement, Bonusanträge und Besteuerung sowie Souveränität im Handling von Edge-Cases. * Skalierung und Leitung des Teams durch gezieltes Mentoring, fachliche Führung sowie die kontinuierliche Förderung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden. * Etablierung vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu den operativen Einheiten unserer Kunden und fachlicher Support bei komplexen Anfragen derer Endnutzer. * Fortlaufende Optimierung der Workflows durch den Einsatz von KI, Automatisierungslösungen und die enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts unter strikter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien sowie proaktives Risikomanagement. * Aktive Mitwirkung an strategischen Projekten sowie die kontinuierliche Überwachung und Analyse relevanter Performance-Kennzahlen (KPIs). Was Du mitbringst: * Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Marktregeln sowie der aktuellen Altersvorsorgeprodukte (insbesondere Riester-Rente). * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Bezug auf die Riester-Rente * Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Rahmenbedingungen sowie Routine im Datenaustausch mit der Zentralen Zulagenstelle für Altersvermögen (ZfA) * Ausgeprägte investigative Stärken und die Kompetenz, komplexe Fehlerquellen systematisch zu identifizieren und nachhaltig zu beheben * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, positive Geschäftsbeziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufzubauen * Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch unter Termindruck und bei engen Fristen * Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten Von Vorteil ist: * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse sowie in der Prozessautomatisierung. * Sicherer Umgang mit Datenvisualisierungstools sowie Programmier- und Skriptsprachen wie SQL und Python. * Praktische Kenntnisse in Workflow-Automatisierung (z. You will act as the system owner and enabler, ensuring our tools, automation, and data are fully leveraged to drive efficient, personalized, and scalable growth. Team The AFC Operations team is primarily responsible for transaction monitoring and the KYC process, including PEP and sanctions screening. The team ensures that all customer activities comply with applicable AML and regulatory requirements, identifying and escalating suspicious activities where necessary. Working in close collaboration with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), the team plays a key role in safeguarding the organization against financial crime risks. In addition, AFC Operations continuously reviews and improves internal processes to enhance efficiency, data quality and regulatory compliance standards. Your Responsibilities * Alert Management & Investigation: Review complex transaction monitoring alerts and conduct investigations into suspicious activities. You are responsible for the decision-making regarding Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs/Verdachtsmeldungen) and ensure that all filings and documentation meet regulatory requirements. * TM Framework & Detection Logic: You drive the conceptual development and optimisation of the bank's monitoring infrastructure. This involves refining detection scenarios, tuning threshold settings to minimise false positives, and ensuring that our monitoring rules keep pace with evolving criminal typologies. * Operational Monitoring Controls: You execute and oversee comprehensive monitoring activities and internal controls. Your focus is to ensure that the operational output of the TM unit consistently meets the highest quality and regulatory standards. * System Architecture & AFC Project Management: Drive the AFC-side of system deployments and feature updates. You are responsible for the seamless operational transition of new business activities into our monitoring ecosystem, ensuring that scalability and regulatory integrity go hand in hand. * Technical Outsourcing & Audit Management: Oversee AFC-related tool environments and service providers to ensure operational integrity. You act as a key subject matter expert during internal and external audits, facilitating a smooth examination process through diligent preparation and expertise   Your Profile * Academic Background: University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Professional Experience: Extensive experience in Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) within the financial services industry. * Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of national and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., German GwG, KWG, and EU AML Directives). * Process Excellence: Proven experience in designing, documenting, and optimising AFC processes and frameworks. * Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and excellent German skills are mandatory * Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), are considered a plus.
