and to provide additional support as Teaching Assistant in the Orientation Semester.
The BME study program is involved in an initiative to create a new online journal for applied academic content in the product
management and entrepreneurship space. As Research Assistant for BME you will support in the preparation and development of this
initiative. Additionally, you will support the team as Teaching Assistant for the module OS_03: Introduction to Business
Management & Entrepreneurship, acting as a tutor for Orientation Semester students.

ABOUT THE ROLE CODE is looking for a Student Teacher - Intro to Software Engineering and Web to support the teaching in two modules: OS_01 Introduction to Software Engineering and SE_19 Web Technologies Basics. In this position, you will support our students in their learning experience by: * Helping to create a fun, rigorous environment for students to push themselves to learn. * Answering student questions and supporting them to progress in their learning journey through office hours, Slack, and during LUs. * Ensuring that essential course feedback reaches faculty. * Supporting students in discovering and developing their project idea. * (OS_01) Running practice sessions for students, and helping with content & challenges they are struggling with. * (SE_19) Reviewing student hand-ins and giving them feedback on their project work for at least three structured hand-ins throughout the semester. We’re looking for someone with the following skillset: * Desire to help fellow students. (Experience teaching or tutoring is a plus.) * Some understanding and practical experience with Python. (Experience with JavaScript is a big plus.) * Built, deployed, and run in production more than one (small) full-stack web application including a database. * Passed the modules SE_01 and SE_19, or likely to pass it this semester. For working student positions at CODE, we need you to meet the following requirements: * Being currently matriculated at CODE. * Having a registered address in Germany and a German tax number. * Having the right to work in Germany. * Having a German bank account. YOUR MISSION As Working Student Software Engineer at Isarsoft you will be at the heart of the research and development. You will be closely working together with our international team including Isarsoft's CTO and Co-Founder. Your responsibilities include researching and developing algorithms for camera calibration, synchronization, and real-time video analytics. YOUR PROFILE * Strong Python Skills: You are highly proficient in Python and feel completely comfortable manipulating and analyzing data with libraries like Pandas and NumPy. * CV/ML Experience: You have a solid foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning, specifically with PyTorch and OpenCV. (Strong academic experience, such as relevant university lectures, thesis work, or student projects, is absolutely welcome!) * Development Fundamentals: You know your way around Linux environments and are comfortable using Git for version control. * Modern Coding Practices: You are comfortable and efficient using AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot) to optimize your daily work. * Passionate about working with talented, motivated professionals * Fluent in English * Location: You must be currently based in or willing to relocate to the Munich area, as this role requires regular on-site collaboration. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Familiarity or first touchpoints with VLMs (Vision-Language Models) or LLMs (Large Language Models). * Basic knowledge of C++ (e.g., for reading or maintaining existing codebase). * Basic understanding of Docker and containerized workflows. * Exposure to deployment and optimization tools like ONNX or TensorRT.
