We are looking for a Android Software Engineer Intern to join the Core Product Listeners team for a 6-month end-of-study internship, to help develop and improve accessibility across our apps (Website, Android & iOS). As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for implementing missing accessibility features, based on the results of an independent accessibility audit and supported by Senior engineers with deep expertise in accessibility. What you will do: Working closely with experimented engineers, you will : * Improve accessibility on current screens of the apps * Implement missing features related to screen readers and voice assistants * Rework UX & UI elements based on audit recommendations * Help define guidelines for future developments * Collaborate with Design, Product Management, QA, Frontend, iOS and Android apps to build a comprehensive view of the subject 6 months internship, based in Bordeaux mandatory QUALIFICATIONS What we are looking for: * Currently completing a final-year engineering degree (or equivalent) * Foundational software development knowledge * Interest in Android development (Kotlin) * Familiarity with accessibility standards or assistive technologies (VoiceOver, TalkBack, ARIA) is a plus, not a requirement * Openness to candid feedback, new perspectives, continuous learning, and self-development * Good communication skills in English * Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance * A genuine desire to make our product more inclusive for users with disabilities At Deezer, diversity drives innovation. You will drive platform strategy, architecture, and execution to help engineers ship faster, safer, and with higher quality. A key part of your role will be to actively collect needs and best practices from engineering teams, turning those insights into relevant, well-grounded platform solutions. You will set engineering standards along with senior engineers from the whole company, mentor peers, and bridge platform engineering with AI and cybersecurity. Responsibilities * Platform Engineering - Architect and evolve the IDP, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Own the long-term technical vision, define platform standards (IaC, GitOps), and select best-in-class tooling across build, deployment, monitoring, and security. * Developer Experience - Proactively identify and eliminate friction across the software lifecycle. Track DX metrics (DORA, SPACE) and use data to prioritize platform investments. Be the internal advocate for developers. * AI-Augmented Platform - Integrate AI capabilities into the platform (intelligent code review, anomaly detection, smart test generation). Evaluate and operationalize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM-based assistants) and explore agentic automation to reduce developer toil. * Security & Compliance - Embed security-by-design into every platform layer: secure CI/CD (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning), supply chain integrity (SLSA, SBOM), and least-privilege access. Lead our journey toward a DevSecOps culture, building the practices, automation, and mindset that will make security a first-class citizen across all engineering teams - an ambition we are actively working toward. * Reliability & Observability - Define SLOs/SLAs for platform services, ensure full-stack observability, lead incident response, and conduct blameless post-mortems. * Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure, and Security teams. Mentor engineers, represent DevXP in architectural forums, and communicate technical trade-offs to diverse audiences. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications * Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. * 8+ years in platform engineering or DevOps, with 3+ years at senior/expert level. * Track record of operating platforms at scale; fluency with TDD, trunk-based development, and continuous delivery. Required Skills * Platform & DevOps - CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GitOps, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, GCP (GKE) * Observability - Prometheus, Grafana; SLO/SLI/error budget management. * AI & Automation - Hands-on integration of AI tools in engineering workflows; MLOps familiarity. * Leadership - Technical influence without direct authority, mentoring, strong communication. Datadog

The eBPF Platform team owns the shared eBPF infrastructure inside the Datadog Agent, and is responsible for its reliability, performance, and evolution across a wide variety of Linux distributions and kernel versions. We build tooling and agent functionality for product teams utilizing eBPF (Network Performance Monitoring, Universal Service Monitoring, Cloud Workload Security, GPU Monitoring), enable new teams exploring eBPF, and centralize deep kernel expertise across the organization. The team contributes to open source projects such as btfhub and cilium/ebpf. Datadog is investing heavily in GPU Monitoring to give customers deep visibility into GPU utilization, health, and performance across their infrastructure. The eBPF Platform team builds the agent-side foundation that makes this possible, from eBPF programs that capture GPU activity at the kernel level, to the metrics pipelines and validation infrastructure that ensure data quality at scale. In this role, you will work at the intersection of eBPF, the Linux kernel, and GPU infrastructure. You'll contribute to GPU Monitoring capabilities within the Datadog Agent while also working across the broader eBPF platform, investigating production incidents, improving reliability, and helping shape the architecture of one of the most widely deployed eBPF solutions in the industry.
