Services Engineer
Customer Success is at the center of everything we do at Paperless Parts, and it all starts with our Implementation Team. This is
a full-time position reporting to the Services Engineering Manager, in Boston, MA. Our customers rely on various software systems
to manage their manufacturing operations. As a services engineer focused on integrations, you will customize Paperless Parts
integrations to a wide range of customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and other systems. .
Each integration presents unique challenges, and you’ll uncover each customer’s needs through strong written and verbal
communication and a broad technical background.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting integrations that connect Paperless Parts with our customers’
critical business systems. Your mission is to build solutions for manufacturers that automate manual processes, improve data flow,
and deliver meaningful business insights.
In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on the Paperless Parts platform and work directly with customers to design,
develop, and deploy integration solutions that are central to their success. You will lead discovery sessions to gather business
and technical requirements, manage customer communications throughout implementation, facilitate user acceptance testing, and
provide ongoing support for production integrations.
You will identify common customer needs and help expand our library of reusable integration capabilities while also developing
custom solutions for more complex requirements. As the Services Engineering function grows, you will play an active role in
recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members, helping establish best practices and scale our delivery organization.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an engineer to help build and operate AI-enabled data platforms for healthcare data. This role goes beyond traditional ETL. You will work on healthcare data pipelines and contribute to AI-driven data access layers where large language models translate user intent into structured, governed queries, such as SQL or GraphQL. You will help bridge enterprise data systems with LLM-based interfaces that support self-service analytics, discovery, and decision-making.
