We’re looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to play a critical role in shaping how Pointr’s solutions are understood,
positioned, and sold to enterprise customers.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process, partnering closely with Sales, Product,
and Delivery teams to understand customer needs, shape the right solution, and demonstrate Pointr’s indoor mapping and AI
capabilities through clear, compelling demos and solution narratives.
You’ll lead technical discovery, translate complex requirements into practical solution options, and help ensure that what we
propose is both commercially compelling and deliverable. This is a senior, customer-facing role for someone who combines strong
technical acumen with commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to influence both customers and internal
teams.

TL;DR - We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) as Lovable’s GTM organization scales rapidly. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Serve as the primary executive assistant to the CRO, ensuring their time, focus, and energy are directed toward the highest-priority initiatives. * Own complex calendar management, including strategic prioritization, scheduling across time zones, and managing trade-offs in a fast-moving environment. * Coordinate and prepare materials for key meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, briefing documents, and logistics. * Track decisions and action items from leadership meetings to ensure timely follow-through and accountability. * Partner with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations) to align schedules, communications, and cross-functional priorities. * Support recurring operating rhythms such as quarterly planning, forecasting cycles, QBRs, leadership offsites, and board preparation. * Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CRO as needed. * Manage travel planning, expenses, and event coordination with a high level of detail and efficiency. * Handle highly sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. * Improve systems and processes that enhance the effectiveness of the CRO and GTM leadership team. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 6–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CEO, COO, or equivalent), ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize independently. * Demonstrated expertise managing complex, high-volume calendars and competing demands. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. * Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate. * Comfort operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment. * Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and highly dependable. * Experience supporting revenue or go-to-market teams is a plus.
