Please note that for this role, C2 Spanish proficiency is required. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days at the office in São Paulo. What You’ll Do * Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the LATAM market. * Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly). * Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team. * Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our supportchat. * Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team. * Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation. What Makes You a Great Fit * Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers. * Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering. * Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem. * Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English. What you will do * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in Brazil is growing and thriving. * Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar installers and heat pump installers, by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule product demonstration calls. * Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls, participation in trade shows, and creating engagement on online platforms, i.e. LinkedIn. * Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships that align with the company’s business objectives. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings.
