Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare
works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop
treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of
willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and
care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies
of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across
France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

and shape Alan's future growth. As a senior insurance legal expert, you will raise the bar for how Alan thinks about regulatory
risk, setting standards and building others' legal instincts. You will collaborate closely with Alan's insurance legal counsels,
and with our Business, Product, and Care teams. At Alan, roles evolve: you will have real opportunities to expand your scope
across new verticals, markets, and regulated product bets.

Payflip is growing amaaaazingly fast, and is looking for an eager Customer Success Manager! Do you also believe that wages are not just a matter of some numbers? Always wanted to boost the purchasing power of 11 million Belgians? An undeniable talent for closing deals? Then we want you! 🌟 ABOUT US Payflip's mission is to thoroughly shake up the Belgian compensation landscape. Do you have health insurance, group insurance, a company car, a bike lease, meal vouchers, and a flex plan spread across six different tools? And an incomprehensible monthly payslip in yet another one? Gone are these days. Enter: Payflip's salary super app. One platform, all salary stuff. That way, every employee truly has their salary in their own hands, and an employer wastes less time on fragmented admin. The result? More focus on the team's financial literacy. Without administrative headaches for the HR team. We're a young, fast-growing start-up. A quirky bunch of software developers, product designers, account executives, support specialists & customer success managers. Joining the Payflip community means becoming part of a tight-knit team where you can take on clear responsibilities and grow with the organization. Let's put it this way: a Payflip'er smells the opportunity of ownership from miles away! 🌟 YOUR POSITION We're looking for a commercial Customer Success Manager who will play a defining role for our customers, from implementation to adoption and expansion. For HR managers, you're a true salary partner who takes their compensation strategy to the next level. You also don't just manage a portfolio 'from head to toe', you help lay the foundation of a scalable customer success team by focusing on playbooks (churn, adoption, expansion), health scoring, and a strong communication strategy. You also help build Payflip's next chapter: besides flex reward functionalities, we're soon launching extra salary modules (including Payflip Food), and you help our customers grow into them by focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. But there's more to it than just designing a strategy. That's why we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves either. Is that you? Join our tribe! 🧑💻 ABOUT YOU * Passionate about CS, but not too 'love stoned' to question and optimize current processes. * +2 years of experience in a relevant, commercial role within a similar environment * You have experience with cross-sell, upsell and consultative selling: you recognize an opportunity within an account and dare to actually seize it. * You feel comfortable when a playbook doesn't exist yet, because you'd rather help write it yourself. * You look forward to being the main point of contact for customers and making sure they become the Payflip ambassadors of your dreams. * You're a true initiator, pragmatic, and a fearless go-getter. We have it in for people who learn from their mistakes and keep themselves sharp! * Fluent in Dutch, French and English. Can't tick every box? No worries, we know superheroes don't exist. People with talent and passion, fortunately, do! 🌟 WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? We feel it is only natural to remain true to our mission at all times. That's why we offer you the most optimized salary package in the entire Belgian SME market. * a transparent salary based on your impact (check our salary grid here) * stock options * the best possible flexible compensation plan * the Alan healthcare package * meal vouchers (through Payflip of course) and eco vouchers * a mobility budget or company car * the possibility to work remotely (we even give you a budget for this!). Our office is located opposite Brussels Central Station, but we offer you coworking options in cities like Antwerp (Silversquare) or Ghent (Wintercircus). * Workation? You get a generous remote working budget from us for coworking spaces in Belgium and abroad! * An L&D budget so you can further develop yourself
