No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us. Our Company Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG) is the world’s leading provider of online travel and related services, delivered to consumers and local partners through five primary B2C brands: Booking.com, Agoda, Priceline, KAYAK, and OpenTable. Collectively, Booking Holdings operates in more than 220 countries and territories, in over 40 languages. Our mission is to make it easier for everyone to experience the world. The Opportunity As part of Booking Holdings, a new consolidated B2B division brings together the B2B businesses of Booking.com, Priceline, and Agoda into a unified global platform serving airlines, travel management companies, online travel agencies, financial institutions, and other strategic partners. The Legal team behind this platform is diverse and fast-moving, and we are building the operational foundation to support it. The Legal Operations team plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence, scalable processes, and legal technology adoption across a fast-growing, tech-driven global travel business. Based in Winnipeg and reporting to the Legal Director, and working closely with the Legal Operations team based in Bangkok, this role is a critical connector between our NA team and colleagues across the globe. This is not a traditional contract-management role. What we need is an exceptionally organized, tech-savvy generalist who thrives on keeping things running smoothly; someone who can anticipate what the team needs, learn new tools quickly, communicate clearly across time zones and functions, and organize and manage a dynamic environment. In this Role, You’ll Get To Keep the Team Connected & Coordinated * Serve as a liaison between the NA legal team and internal stakeholders across NA business units, and cross-functional partners (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and beyond). * Coordinate with global Legal Operations colleagues to support the global B2B legal team * Help manage the team’s shared legal mailbox and service-of-process intake, triaging and routing incoming matters to the right people promptly and accurately. * Support onboarding and offboarding for legal team members, including collecting and organizing brand onboarding materials and coordinating with relevant internal teams. * Assist with scheduling, logistics, and preparation for team meetings, cross-functional working sessions, and both in-person and virtual events. Support Legal Operations Day-to-Day * Provide general administrative and operational support to the NA Legal team, helping to manage priorities, track open items, and ensure follow-up on key actions. * Assist with preparation of materials for quarterly business reviews, executive reports, and other recurring reporting needs. * Support coordination of legal team training and professional development activities, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation. * Help with settlement and dispute administration as needed, including organizing documentation and tracking status of matters under counsel’s direction. Own & Evolve Our Tools and Knowledge Base * Learn and administer the legal team’s technology stack, including matter management, knowledge management, and communication tools, becoming the team’s go-to resource for navigating and improving these systems. * Maintain and organize shared legal resources: knowledge repositories, process guides, templates, and internal reference materials so information is always easy to find. * Identify opportunities to improve how information flows within the team and with cross-functional partners; proactively suggest and implement process improvements. * Support rollout and adoption of new tools or platforms as the team’s operations evolve. Help Build Something New * As a newly established team, many of our processes, systems and routines are still being created, and you’ll have real input into how things are built from the ground up. * Coordinate with our Bangkok-based Legal Operations Manager and other global Legal Ops colleagues to align on processes, share resources, and support a consistent approach across the broader group. * Bring curiosity and initiative to a role that will grow and evolve alongside the business. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience & Education * Post-secondary education in a relevant field (business administration, legal studies, communications, or similar) or equivalent practical experience. * 2+ years of professional experience in an operations, coordinator, executive assistant, legal assistant, or similar role - legal industry experience is an asset but not required. Organization & Follow-Through * Exceptional organizational skills: you track every open item, nothing falls through the cracks, and you’re comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage information, documentation, and communications accurately and consistently. * A proactive, self-directed working style: you anticipate needs, flag issues early, and follow through without needing to be asked twice. Technology Proficiency * Confidence working across a range of software tools: you pick up new platforms quickly, troubleshoot independently, and help others get up to speed. * Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack or similar). * Comfort working with shared drives, document management systems, and digital workflows; experience with legal or project management tools is a plus, not a requirement. Communication & Collaboration * Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English: you can adapt your style for legal colleagues, business partners, and external contacts alike. * A collaborative and service-oriented mindset: you build trust quickly, communicate proactively, and make the people around you more effective. * Comfortable working across time zones and with a globally distributed team. MINDSET & VALUES * Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused. * Eager to learn and develop within Legal Operations and legal technology. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with evolving processes. * Demonstrates integrity, ownership, and a strong sense of accountability.
