The role
Healx is looking for a part-time (60% - 80%) experienced Senior QA Auditor to join the team to lead strong analytical, problem-solving activities that ensure all clinical research (GCP) and manufacturing (GMP) related activities performed by Healx personnel and vendors are carried out in accordance with industry expectations, SOPs, and international regulations.
Healx’s Senior QA Auditor will be working closely with Healx’s Clinical team, they will ensure Healx is inspection-ready and drives continuous quality improvement across both clinical and manufacturing activities. They will ensure all clinical research activities at Healx complies with GCP standards, SOPs, and international regulations, execute Healx’s annual audit plan, and
support the team with risk management planning and training.
The GMP aspect of this role involves ensuring Healx’s investigational products meet strict GMP standards through Healx’s QMS management. Key duties include working with Healx’s CMC Director to manage review batch records, auditing (internal, external, supplier), deviation/CAPA investigation, conducting root cause analysis, documentation and change control, handling out-of-spec results, product release and ensuring adherence to regulations.
You will partner closely and report to the Global Head of Clinical Development to provide the strategic oversight and tactical execution of the Quality Management System (QMS). You’ll be closely collaborating with CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Pre-Clinical and Clinical Operations personnel to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in Healx’s QMS and manufacturing of Healx’s investigational products.

Apply now and do your part in bringing extraordinary music experiences to people’s lives! **Join Us** JOB DESCRIPTION The operation team is responsible for * Management of operational/day-to-day in relationships with Deezer’s payment Engineering team and identification of process inefficiencies * Monitor payment platform performance (authorization rates, PSP tracking), manage fraud risk operations, negotiate PSP rates, analyze transaction costs by method, and identify cost optimization opportunities. * Optimize subscription and churn data quality, implement internal control tools for payment processes and revenue reporting, and coordinate annual audits (statutory auditor deliverables, documentation, testing). * Expertise and support to Deezer teams (Customer care, Legal, Business) * Provide raw data for rights holder revenue reporting, budget tracking and accounting cut-offs; analyze monthly revenue variances * Ensure the payment system complies with local regulations (VAT, consumer protection laws, international legal developments) and maintain ongoing compliance of payment journeys and subscription management processes. * Lead subscription journey optimization, anti-churn mechanics development, conversion A/B testing, and the operational rollout of Deezer's pricing strategy. * Support commercial teams on B2B2C deals design, incorporate customer and internal stakeholder feedback to improve the user experience * Participate in QA testing phases for payment and offer-related releases. Your will : * Be the payment Operation guardian by owning daily payment operations processes, animate our continuous improvement approach, and help elaborate best practices, as we continue to launch and scale new payment products & services * Collaborate with other Payment Operations Analysts and Payment Engineering team and help foster knowledge sharing among the team * Participate in tight feedback loops with Payment product managers and other internal stakeholders to improve product & processes * Lead specific ad-hoc payment operations improvement projects QUALIFICATIONS * High knowledge of SQL and EXCEL * Strong analysis and recommendation methodology * Strong Project management skills * Previous experience in a payment processing environment * Curious and rigorous with figures * Excellent organizational and analytical abilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English * Demonstrated team player with a curious mindset * Eager and easiness to collaborate with software engineers At Deezer, diversity drives innovation. Rollen kombinerar operativt och strategiskt ansvar för testning – från planering och testfallsdesign till genomförande, uppföljning och kvalitetssäkring. Är en strukturerad problemlösare som arbetar självständigt och tar stort eget ansvar. Kommunicerar tydligt och trivs med att samarbeta i tvärfunktionella team. Must Have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: * Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. * Strong understanding of software testing practices. * Deep understanding of Oracle SIOCS (V23+) functionalities and retail inventory operations. * Hands on experience on Oracle Xstore (V23+) * Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience. * Mobile UI/functional testing. * API testing (Postman , SOAP UI or equivalent). * Agile methodology exposure. Good to Have * Jira–Zephyr / Xray experience. * SQL knowledge * Java knowledge. * Selenium automation skills. * Experience building/enhancing automation frameworks.
