We’re looking for a Catalog Operations Analyst II to accelerate our Health and Meals pillar within Online Grocery, one of our top
strategic priorities. In this role, you will drive end-to-end data quality and enrichment for health, nutrition, and meal-related
attributes, partnering closely with Catalog Engineering, Data Science, Product, and ML, as well as external data providers and
BPOs. You’ll join a tight-knit team of 8 who roll up their sleeves, solve creatively, and deliver measurable impact at scale.

ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Business Analyst to with the mission to scale our Brand’s Portfolio. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE As part of the Operations team, you belong to an e-commerce center of excellence and you will own the P&L of one or several of YABA's portfolio Brands, ensuring growth and making a positive impact on our Customers' lives. AS A MEMBER OF THIS TEAM YOU WILL 1. Channel Management - Amazon is our main channel, so you need to master it, this is the only way to achieve our objectives. It means: * Learn and understand how to use Seller Central, which is the software that Amazon gives to Sellers to operate their products. It allows listing creation & maintenance, creation of promotions, management of advertising campaigns, and brand analytics, among others. * Understand the economics of the channel and plan strategies to optimize our P&L in it. * Understand the market variables of Amazon categories and search pages. How products make it to the top of a category or search page and how to make our product’s profit growth in this ecosystem. * Understand and use external Amazon seller tools such as Helium10, Data Dive or Cobalt to extract insights that can help improve the performance of our products on Amazon. * Develop a good relationship with Amazon account managers, which will help us to solve day-to-day operational problems. * When necessary, understand other potential channels such as Walmart, Target, or Shopify. 2. Brand Management * Analyze and understand your Brand products and market, so that we can learn and improve our products and marketing levers, implementing changes when necessary to maximize our profits. * Understand and own your Brand P&L * Identify and implement transversal growth opportunities for our brands such as market expansions, product development and harmonization of our catalog standards (e.g. packaging design, visual content, etc.). * Develop internal tools & processes to ensure a continuous improvement of our ways of working. 3. Stakeholders Management * Be a trusted partner for the Company management, able to provide opinions and explanations about our Brands’ performance. * Collaborate with other YABA departments, such as M&A, Integration & CX, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Finance. This includes working with the prior owners to better understand the ethos of their brands and then help develop strategies to take them to the next level. * Establish and maintain a good relationship with our Sellers WHO WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table: * Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, fast-paced start-up or FMCG. . * Problem-solving: good at defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues * Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well * Experience in data analysis (Excel, SQL) is a plus * A mindset of process simplification and automation, when a task is too repetitive, you think twice about how to automate it. * Native or completely fluent in both Spanish and English (At least level C1). THE ROLE: * This is a detail-oriented role that serves as the first line of support for business users engaging with our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth access, understanding, and use of data assets—ranging from Power BI dashboards to self-service reporting in Business Objects. * Working across a modern data stack—including a Databricks-based lakehouse architecture, Amperity for Customer Data Platform (CDP) enrichment, Power BI for enterprise analytics with InfoRiver writeback extension and SAP Business Objects for self-service reporting—you will be responsible for triaging data issues, supporting end-user data access, and facilitating self-service analytics. * You’ll work closely with the Power BI developers and data engineering teams, ensuring feedback loops are maintained and users are empowered to make data-driven decisions. * Additional hours and on call as required to fulfil duties.
