Hi, we’re AMBOSS and we’re searching for a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business. About AMBOSS AMBOSS is the copilot for medical professionals, empowering them to provide the best possible care through our learning and clinical decision support tool. Our team brings together care, innovative thinking, and cutting-edge AI medical technology. Our founders launched AMBOSS in 2011 with the goal of creating a tool they wished they had during medical school and clinical practice. Since then, we've grown to over 600 employees and are active in over 180 countries - primarily in Germany and the US. Our offices are located in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari. WHY CAN THIS POSITION BE EXCITING FOR YOU? This position is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize sales performance and productivity. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, analytical and project management skills, and a passion for optimization. If you love digging into data to find the "why" behind operational bottlenecks and enjoy building scalable solutions in our CRM, this role is for you. YOU WILL: * Analyze & Optimize Processes: Continuously evaluate existing sales workflows, mapping out bottlenecks using data-driven insights to design and execute high-impact process improvements. * Drive Data & Analytics: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making. * CRM & Systems Optimization: Partner closely with our HubSpot team to translate business and process requirements into technical workflows, automated sequences, and custom properties. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, local Market teams, Finance, and Legal to ensure proper capturing of the business requirements and system and process alignment. * Enablement & Documentation: Ensure high platform and process adoption by creating clear, structured documentation and delivering hands-on training for the sales team on new tools and workflows. * Data Integrity & Governance: Maintain the health of our sales data through proactive audits, monitoring automated data flows, and ensuring consistent reporting standards. YOU BRING: * Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting. * An Analytical Mindset: A genuine passion for data interpretation and problem-solving; you instinctively look for the story and trends behind the numbers. * Tool Proficiency: Ability to work effectively within CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) — building reports, dashboards, and views to support analysis and process work. Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro) and data visualization tools is a major plus. * AI & Automation Capabilities: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, HubSpot AI features) to accelerate documentation, analyze datasets, automate manual tasks, or optimize workflows. * Process Improvement Toolkit: Proven experience analyzing, mapping, and re-engineering business workflows to save time and reduce manual effort. * Project Management Skills: Ability to manage your own project queues and timelines independently, including coordinating with immediate stakeholders and delivering operational updates and outcomes on time. * Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or data concepts into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy: * A Structured Approach: You have exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to documenting processes so they are transparent and scalable for all stakeholders. * Collaborative Spirit: You thrive supporting and communicating with cross-functional teams to achieve their goals through smarter tooling. * Continuous Learning: You are naturally curious, quick to adopt new tools, and always looking for smarter ways to automate repetitive tasks. BENEFITS: AMBOSSians tell us that innovative work keeps them energized and employee benefits help them to feel appreciated and empowered. We invest in every AMBOSSian with our employee benefits package, crafted to support financial, physical, and mental health, and work-life harmony. 🌴 Rest & Time Off (30 paid vacation days, AMBOSS holiday, personal purpose day and more) 🥙Food & Office Comfort (Daily healthy breakfast & lunch by in-house chef in Berlin HQ, AMBOSS daycare, work remotely from other office spaces in Cologne, Sardinia, Cape Town) 🏃 Health, Fitness & Mobility (Urban Sports Club -M plan- , Fitbit Versa 3, Deutschland Ticket…) Check out all of our employee benefits below: https://go.amboss.com/the-amboss-prescription-de We believe that diversity is a powerful driver of innovation and progress. Kurz gesagt: Own it, love it, grow with it.
