At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with
delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30
countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the
globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most
other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and
entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, our People team plays a key role in creating an environment where our people and business can thrive. As we continue to
grow across Denmark and the North region, we're looking for an experienced Senior Regional HR Specialist to join our team and
support both operational and strategic people topics.
In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders, employees, Payroll, and regional People teams to ensure a great employee
experience, strong HR foundations, and high-quality people support. You'll have broad exposure across the employee lifecycle,
while also driving projects, improvements, and initiatives that help us scale effectively.
As a Senior Regional HR Specialist, you'll combine hands-on HR operations with business partnering and project work. You'll work
closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, helping them navigate people topics while continuously improving how

help shape how we scale our people practices across Denmark and the wider region.
If this sounds like your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you. We'll review applications on an ongoing basis and aim to move
quickly through the process.
Our typical hiring process includes an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition, interviews with the hiring manager and key
stakeholders, and a final discussion focused on collaboration, ways of working, and role fit.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire
and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens
when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
