Created in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 650 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). Agicap is part of the French Tech 120, rewarding the most promising startups in France.
Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. By combining a Treasury Management System, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions into a single platform, Agicap aims at becoming the next leading Treasury Management platform for mid-market companies.
We have raised €145M since our creation, with prestigious VC funds including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin, with a last round in November 2024.

We are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Partner Sales Manager for our DACH region to run the strategic partnerships on the DACH market and drive revenue generation through partners. The mission of this role is scale the partner recruitment and partner sales.
You will manage a set of existing Agicap partners and recruit new partners in order to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland enabling Agicaps growth to a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business.
The role reports to the Head of Partnerships DACH and is working together closely with our DACH Partner Managers.

In this role, you will advise and coach clients throughout the entire market research process - from selecting the right methodology and writing questionnaires to charting, interpreting, and presenting results across a variety of projects. You will act as a true sparring partner, exciting clients about customer centricity, agile market research, and innovative methods. Purpose of Position As a key player in the SME sales strategy for the DACH region, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on securing high-revenue merchants for the network. You will drive your personal sales performance by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals within these markets. Reporting to the SME Sales Team Leader, you will be expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives through your results-driven approach. Skills & Expertise * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles with a focus on new business development in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplace, or related industries. * Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. * Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales pipelining software is a benefit. * Excellent computer literacy, including advanced skills with the MS Office suite. * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders of various levels of seniority. * Business fluency in English and near-native proficiency in German. * Self-driven and commercially savvy, with the ability to drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
