The Role
We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing commercial team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, helping beauty and wellness businesses unlock growth through Fresha’s platform.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.

YOUR MISSION The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities: Business Development * Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors * Manage existing account relationships supporting active Client projects * Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts * Close deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants) * Responsible for determining proposal and pricing strategy to close sales and win business. Support the company to meet its commercial objectives * Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners * Building close customer relationships and staying in close contact with customer managers to gain trust and develop business needs. * Ensure customer' satisfaction, project follow-up * Manage your P&L statement for your business unit * Work within Salesforce to track leads and sales performance data. * Travel to existing and prospective customer sites to understand and develop solutions to support customer needs, with support from the technical team as needed. Talent Acquisition & Management * Continuously interview and match engineering profiles to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer’s current and anticipated needs with the support of dedicated recruitment team * Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group * Overseeing your own team of engineering consultants PROFILE SOUGHT * Bachelors degree is required, MSc or BSc degree in engineering or business is highly preferred * 4 to 6 years work experience is required in staffing or engineering services * Management experience is highly preferred. * Experience in cold calling and targeted business prospection efforts is preferred with ability to establish a network of relevant engineering contacts and customers. * Ability to maintain strong business professional relationships. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Ability to work under minimal supervision. * Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment. * An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions * Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships * Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach WHY JOIN US? This is a bilingual Korean field sales opportunity based out of a personal home office. You must live local to your territory in Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. As a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive, you will help grow Toast’s presence within the Korean Cuisine restaurants. Using a consultative sales approach, you will convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities through referrals, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs. By delivering a high quality, language inclusive experience, you will identify each restaurant’s needs and recommend how Toast’s end-to-end platform helps their business run better. Your role will focus on driving new customer growth through calls, demos, and closing contracts in the customer’s preferred language. A day in the life (Responsibilities) * Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support * Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language * Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language * Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale * Understand the competitive landscape in your market (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position Toast. * Your Korean skills will be used on the job to communicate with Korean-speaking customers and prospective customers, while your English language skills will be used primarily for communicating with other employees at Toast. * As with most internal business at Toast, the job application and interview process for this role will be conducted primarily in English. * Toast will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this role. Total Targeted Cash for this role includes base salary, commission, and bonus (if eligible). This role qualifies for uncapped commissions.
