JOIN OUR TEAM As a Personal Assistant to the CCO, COO, and CTO, you will be managing the Executive Offices for our commercial, operational, and technology leaders, working closely with the top Executives of Westwing. As a vital heartbeat of the company, you shape Westwing’s culture through the excellence and dedication with which you keep these offices running seamlessly. You ensure that our Executives are empowered to focus entirely on their highest priorities and conduct key decisions in the right forums. In this role, you are in charge of complex calendar and email management, take the lead in organising high-level meetings and workshops, and handle all travel arrangements as well as diverse ad-hoc requests.
