We are seeking an experienced Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. As a Guest Services you will support with

The Role... We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Barcelona Pool House. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Main Duties... * Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. * Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets. * Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently. * Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service. * Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations. * Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings. * Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions. * Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences. Job Purpose As a Spa & Gym Recepcionist with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members and guests have an amazing experience every time. You will deliver an excellent first impression and a warm greeting to everyone as they come in. You will showcase our Values: Collaboration, Simplicity, Kindness and Passion. Main Duties * Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guest is welcomed with open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly. * Well- versed on standard operating procedures, menus, amenities and collect laundry for Housekeeping Department. * Learn about all the different services and how much Soho House Gym & Spa has to offer. * Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment: reception area. * Manage members lists, bookings Spa services and Booking personal training classes * Support, direct, solve problem in real- time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed straight away. * Build a positive relationships with members and guest. * Communicate and red flag any feedback to the management team. * Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional. * Welcome new hire and train everyone to the Soho House standards ie: Steps of service, Soho House knowledge.
