ABOUT US Every company that scales lives or dies by its procurement function. It manages the vendor relationships that keep operations running, the financial guardrails that prevent overspend, and the supply chain resilience that determines whether a company survives a crisis or folds under one. And yet, the people doing this work spend 80% of their time in spreadsheets. Not because they lack ambition, because the tools haven't changed in 25 years. Pivot is building the AI operating system for procurement: enterprise-grade infrastructure that hands the manual grind to AI agents so procurement teams can do what they were actually hired to do, shape the strategic future of their companies. Our platform combines intake, approvals, vendor management, invoice matching, and ERP integrations in a single AI-native platform. We've lived this frustration firsthand. We built Pivot because we couldn't find what we needed, and because we believe procurement shouldn't be the last function to enter the AI era. It should be the first. The adventure started mid-2023 with three founders, former C-levels from fintech unicorns (Qonto and Swile) and highly experienced engineers from top-notch tech companies. We’ve since raised $40M in a Series B round, totaling our funding to $70M, coming from tier-1 investors. We’ve built a team of 70, are operating across 25+ countries, and are trusted by enterprise leaders like DoorDash, Lemonade, Wolt, and Flix We're looking for smart, execution-driven people who care about building something exceptional. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Be among the first AI engineers at Pivot! * Ship high-impact AI features end-to-end, such as document understanding, smart procurement workflows, fraud and anomaly detection, data enrichment, and copilots for buyers and finance teams. * Build the core LLM application & orchestration layer, from prompts and retrieval to tool calling, agents, and structured outputs. * Set up our AI engineering foundations, including evals, datasets, prompt/model versioning, observability, and safe rollout practices. * Design a pragmatic, scalable AI architecture, covering model routing, caching, retries, async workflows, vector storage, and data pipelines. * Own quality, trust, and performance for enterprise-grade AI features, including accuracy, latency, cost, auditability, and fallback strategies. * Work closely with product, design, frontend, and backend teams to turn ambitious AI ideas into reliable product experiences. * Raise the AI engineering bar across Pivot, sharing knowledge and best practices, tools, and processes as the team grows. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES * You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years shipping AI/ML features to production - with strong programming skills in Python or one other backend language (Typescript, Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, C#, Ruby). * You have hands-on experience with the modern LLM stack: frontier and open-source models, RAG, embeddings & vector databases, agent frameworks, and evaluation tooling. * You understand MLOps fundamentals: eval pipelines, dataset versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and safe deployment of probabilistic systems. * You understand backend systems (databases, APIs & 3rd-party integrations, security, performance) and are comfortable in micro-services and event-driven architectures. * You are rigorous about best practices and know how to translate them to the AI world (evals as tests, prompts as code, data as a first-class artifact). * You are fluent in English - it is our business language MINDSET * You care about solving real user problems, not adding AI for the sake of it. * You think product-first, with a strong focus on user experience, business impact, and measurable value. * You are pragmatic about technology choices: you know when to use a frontier LLM, a smaller model, a classifier, a rule-based system, or a simple regex. * You like turning ambiguity into simple, reliable systems, and you are comfortable starting from zero. * You write high-quality code and make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, robustness, cost, and maintainability. * You are curious, open-minded, and non-dogmatic, with a willingness to challenge ideas and be challenged. * You enjoy the pace of an early-stage scale-up, taking ownership, moving fast, and bringing clarity when things are still being defined. * You are a strong team player, eager to share knowledge, raise the bar, and build with smart, kind, and ambitious people.

We’ve built a team of 70, are operating across 25+ countries, and are trusted by enterprise leaders like DoorDash, Lemonade, Wolt, and Flix We're looking for smart, execution-driven people who care about building something exceptional. YOUR ROLE We just raised a $40M Series B. This brings a whole set of challenges for the finance function in order to set solid foundations to continue hyperscaling. As Financial Controller, you will manage 3 external accounting firms across our 3 office geographies (UK, US, and France), doing everything from consolidating accounts to putting in place systems to automate and ensure financial visibility and control. You'll report to the Head of Finance. This is a builder role. We're a tech company and we expect you to think like one: automate what can be automated, learn new tools fast, and use Pivot to manage Pivot's own procurement. WHAT YOU'LL DO CONSOLIDATION & CLOSING * Own the monthly close process end-to-end. * Consolidate accounts across our multi-entity structure (France, US, UK) and automate manual processes through technology. * Deliver timely financial statements under French GAAP and IFRS where applicable. MANAGING OUR ACCOUNTING FIRMS * Coordinate and manage our three external accounting firms (France, US, UK). * Over time, help lead the transition to internalise accounting. REPORTING & CONTROLS * Build the reporting layer that makes financial data available in real time. * Own SaaS reporting to our Board of Directors. * Design and enforce internal controls across procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, and payroll. * Lead the annual statutory audit and manage tax compliance across jurisdictions (VAT, CIT, payroll taxes). * Own accounting policies and the overall integrity of financial data. FP&A & BOARD SUPPORT * Produce accurate budget vs. actuals and own the variance analysis. * Help prepare the yearly budget and reforecasts together with the Head of Finance. * Prepare board and investor reporting materials in partnership with the Head of Finance. * Support fundraising prep and future subsidiary openings as we scale. FINANCE STACK & AUTOMATION * Own the finance tech stack and how the pieces connect — ERP, billing, expense management, AP automation. * Identify and drive process improvements that remove manual work from the close cycle. * Use Pivot internally to manage our own procurement and vendor workflows. REQUIREMENTS * You have at least 3 years in audit/accounting/finance, including time in a Big 4 or structured audit environment. * Strong technical accounting knowledge. * You're comfortable with multi-entity consolidation across jurisdictions. * You're tech-savvy: you learn new tools fast and look for ways to automate before doing things manually. * You communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders — you make numbers easy to understand, not just accurate. * Fluent in both French and English. MINDSET * You have a sharp eye to detail and structured mindset. * You care deeply about accounting and finance — not just as a function, but as a lever for the business * You always want to keep learning and are comfortable confronting ideas. * You enjoy the cadence of an early-stage startup and want to bring the best of yourself. * You are a good team player and want to share good vibes with smart and caring co-workers.
ABOUT EVERFIELD Everfield acquires and holds European software companies for the long term. We own 100% of the Business Units (BUs) we buy, but we do not run them directly. Each BU is led by its own CEO. We support and steer the portfolio through a small set of operating ratios that translate strategy into measurable performance. We believe the software industry is going through a paradigm shift: from tools that help customers do the job to agents that do the job for them. Our portfolio has tens of companies, around 500 product ideas in the pipeline, and tens of thousands of customers across European verticals. The companies that adopt the agent paradigm first will define the next decade of their categories. ABOUT THE COMPANY Frontu is a B2B SaaS Field Service Management (FSM) platform built for the companies that keep the world running - heavy machinery, agriculture, construction, material handling, and mining. Our platform digitises field operations for 7,000+ technicians across 20 countries, plugging directly into existing ERP systems as a powerful mobile layer. We are part of Everfield, a European private equity group that builds and grows vertical SaaS businesses. Through Everfield, you will be joining a network of 1,000+ professionals across Europe with shared knowledge, resources, and commercial muscle behind you, but at the same time will work with a small 20 person team at Frontu. We are now expanding into Latin America. Frontu is already used by a few companies in Mexico so we need local support in the region. THE ROLE This is a hunter role. You will own new business development across Mexico and broader LATAM. We already have customers in Mexico and early traction across the region - proof that the market works. We also come with a mapped prospect database covering Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and beyond. What we do not have yet is someone pushing things forward at the pace this opportunity deserves. This is not a role for someone who needs everything built for them. The foundation is there - customers, data, product. What it needs is someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and turns existing signals into closed deals. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outbound outreach to discovery, demo, proposal, and close * Build pipeline through targeted outbound, referrals, industry events, and partner channels in heavy machinery, agriculture, construction, and material handling verticals * Run consultative discovery with your core champions - aftersales directors, service managers, and C-level executives - understand their ERP landscape and position Frontu as the field service layer their technicians are missing * Deliver tailored demos and ROI-driven proposals adapted to the LATAM buyer context * Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM (Pipedrive) - we run a tight ship * Work closely with Head of Sales on GTM strategy, pricing, and market feedback loops * Hand closed accounts to Customer Success WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of owning and closing full-cycle deals * Background in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or adjacent enterprise software - you know what a software sales cycle looks like and how to navigate procurement * Native or business-level Spanish and professional English (written and spoken - both are required) * Self-managed and autonomous - you will operate with a 6 - 8 hour time zone difference from the European team; asynchronous discipline is non-negotiable * Consultative, senior selling mindset - you influence C-level and operations stakeholders, not just fill out forms * CRM proficiency, ideally Pipedrive * Comfortable working as an independent contractor and invoicing in USD NICE TO HAVE * Prior experience selling to or working with companies running Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Sage or similar ERP systems * Industry network or experience in LATAM heavy industry (agriculture, construction, material handling, or mining) WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive OTE with 60% base retainer / 40% variable, uncapped commission - paid in USD * First-mover position in a high-growth region with genuine ownership over the LATAM market * Direct access to Head of Sales and a proven European GTM playbook * A clear ICP, competitive battlecards, and battle-tested messaging - you will not be starting from zero * Flexible, remote-first setup - no micromanagement, outcome-based working model * Access to the Everfield network of 1,000+ professionals across Europe * A path to leading the LATAM team as the region grows - we are starting small and building deliberately
