We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Paris-based People Team and support our Engineering squads. In this
hands-on role, you will partner directly with leaders, managers, and employees in France to support team performance, career
development, and daily people topics. You will play a vital role in translating business priorities into practical actions while
helping to simplify our internal processes and rituals. Joining a collaborative team of three, you will contribute directly to the
health, engagement, and sustainable growth of our Engineering organization. Because of the highly collaborative nature of this
role, it is expected for this HRBP to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
