We are a global brand design agency with expertise across Brand Strategy, Brand Design Systems, Brand Engagement and Brand Effectiveness. We work for clients such as NASA Artemis, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Mastercard, Intel, HSBC, Tencent, Twitch, Heineken, Reckitt and BBC. We are immediately seeking a (Junior) Brand Designer (m/f/d) for our Berlin office. About the Role * Develop and implement comprehensive visual brand identities that reflect the essence of our clients and their target audiences * Design, CI's (Corporate Identities) and visual elements that ensure a consistent and memorable brand presence across all channels * Possess a good sense of contemporary design * Manage various projects from A-Z * Develop and conceptualize designs, taking market trends into account * Work closely with your team and other departments (Client Service, Strategy, Design, Production, etc.) * Present your design concepts convincingly * Enjoy the freedom to proactively contribute your own ideas About You * Hold a completed degree, training, or similar experience in Brand Design and have already gained initial work experience in design agencies * Fluent in German and English * Have an eye for the finest details, see the bigger picture, enjoy working in a team, and act as an interface within the team, keeping an eye on all trades * Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to client briefings, meetings, and other departments and are able to present these to the client and advise them * Strong in conceptualization and have already implemented independent Brand Design projects, which you provide to us in your portfolio * Proactive, flexible, and motivated to contribute to the team Why us?
