YOUR MISSION We're looking for a commercially curious, AI-enthusiastic intern to join our Trading team and take real ownership of client relationships across the DACH region. You'll work directly alongside our Head of Sales and our Steel Trader, getting hands-on exposure to live steel deals from day one. This is not a shadow programme. From the start, you'll be managing real accounts, coordinating active deals, and gradually taking end-to-end deal ownership as your skills grow. For the right person, this is a direct path to a permanent Account Manager role. You Can Expect To: * Manage and support existing DACH client relationships - buyers and suppliers - with growing autonomy over time * Coordinate active deals with our Operations team to ensure smooth execution and logistics * Conduct targeted outbound outreach (cold calls, emails) to expand our DACH client base * Maintain and manage your pipeline in HubSpot - clean CRM is non-negotiable * Analyze pricing inputs and market signals to support deal decisions alongside the trading team * Use AI tools actively to improve your workflows, research, and client communication YOUR PROFILE Must-haves: * Native German and business-level English * Genuine enthusiasm for AI and technology - you actively use AI tools and want to build with them * Entrepreneurial mindset - you create your own structure rather than waiting for one * Based in Berlin or willing to relocate * Valid right to work in Germany * Available full-time (40h/week) Nice to have: * First experience in sales, trading, consulting, B2B, or client-facing roles * Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools * Interest in commodities, industrial markets, or supply chain WHY US? * Real deal ownership from day one - not a slide-deck internship * Direct mentorship from Head of Sales and Steel Traders * AI-first culture: we use and build with AI tools, and we expect you to as well * Clear path to permanent: perform in 6 months and the Account Manager role is yours * Urban Sports Club membership · BVG ticket subsidy · Regular team events

About the Role: We are seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team to support our global sales organization through reliable systems, high-quality data, and efficient processes. In this role, you will administer and support our revenue technology stack, with Salesforce as the primary platform, while partnering with sales teams across our global offices to resolve system issues, improve processes, and ensure our tools enable teams to work effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining the health of our revenue systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering responsive operational support that allows our sales teams to focus on selling. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will also contribute to ongoing enhancements across our technology stack to improve scalability and the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: * Process Optimization: With feedback from the sales team and your own observation of trends, you will identify potential process improvements in our tech stack and processes to ensure our workflows are efficient and optimized for the rep experience * Data Integrity: You will help drive strong Salesforce data accuracy and pipeline integrity by creating and monitoring hygiene reports * Reporting & Analytics: You will assist in the development and maintenance of the rep reporting stack - ensuring sales has access to all the data needed to manage their territory, pipeline and performance * Salesforce Administration: You will take on ad-hoc projects to learn Salesforce administration and grow into a key administrator of the platform Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant field of study * 3-5 years' experience with Salesforce with proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce dashboards and reports that support sales performance analysis and decision-making * Experience providing Salesforce support to sales teams, including training and troubleshooting * A proactive, service-oriented attitude, with a focus on making Salesforce and the rest of our tech stack an effective tool for sales reps * Strong verbal and written English communication skills * Willingness to work on-site in 4 days a week in Berlin, Germany What You’ll Gain: * The opportunity to directly influence the effectiveness of a global sales organization by improving the systems, processes, and data that support revenue growth. * Hands-on ownership of a modern revenue technology stack, with opportunities to expand your expertise across Salesforce and other go-to-market technologies. * Exposure to a broad range of Revenue Operations initiatives, including systems administration, process improvement, reporting, automation, and cross-functional projects. * A collaborative, supportive team that values continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
