We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By
empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their
customers.
lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first
infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear
regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months.
As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: we enable anyone to be an investor by making investing in capital markets
more accessible. By combining dwpbank’s long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets’ technology-first mindset and
speed, we are building a modern, modular securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular
services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a
changing market
As lemon.markets enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for a VP People to help strengthen the company from the inside
out.
This role goes beyond leading People & Talent. You will help us move from a setup that is already functioning reasonably well into
a more mature, scalable, and consistent organization. Working closely with our CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders across
lemon.markets and dwpbank, you will strengthen the People function, build stronger leadership structures and rituals, shape
culture intentionally, and improve collaboration across both organizations.
Reporting directly to our CEO and being part of our extended executive board, you will own the People & Talent function, moderate
key leadership forums, and help build the structures, principles, and rhythms that a more mature organization needs.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Contentful is looking for a Optimization Strategist (f/m/d) to join our Field team a business-minded subject matter expert who can walk into a room with a VP of Digital or CMO, command the conversation, and turn optimization and experimentation ambitions into committed business goals. This is a revenue-impacting Field role that sits at the intersection of subject matter expertise and solution selling. Whether you've spent your career selling personalization platforms or you've led optimization and experimentation programs inside a large enterprise and developed a sharp commercial instinct along the way — what matters is that you can walk into a complex sales cycle, earn credibility fast, and move opportunities forward. The right candidate brings a genuine point of view on optimization — how to prioritize it, how to measure it, and how to communicate the vision to leaders who are still figuring out where to start. WHAT TO EXPECT? 1. SOLUTION SELLING & FIELD ENGAGEMENT * Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline and move opportunities forward — bringing the optimization and experimentation credibility and executive presence that accelerates deals from interest to commitment. * This role influences pipeline and revenue outcomes in partnership with AEs but does not carry an individual quota. * Lead discovery and strategy sessions with senior digital and marketing leaders, mapping business objectives to concrete use cases, content and audience strategies, data flows, and experimentation patterns that make the case for Contentful Personalization and Analytics. * Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Value Engineers to position Contentful Personalization within a customer's broader composable architecture — connecting the dots across CMSs, CDPs, CRMs, analytics platforms, AI models, and ecommerce. 2.OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY & ADVISORY * With deep domain expertise, guide prospects and customers through what a successful optimization and experimentation practice can look like — and what it takes organizationally to get there. * Conduct structured enterprise discovery to assess where customers are today, where they can realistically go, and how to prioritize use cases, audiences, and channels to show early value. * Advise on change management, governance models, operating structures, and organizational readiness — from experimentation processes to centers of excellence — that enable optimization and experimentation to scale across brands, regions, and teams. 3. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & FIELD INTELLIGENCE * Represent Contentful as a subject matter expert on optimization and experimentation strategy in customer conversations, at industry events, and in partner engagements * Bring structured field intelligence back to Product, GTM, and Marketing teams — surfacing patterns, gaps, and emerging trends that sharpen Contentful's positioning and roadmap. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL? * A genuine point of view on optimization, experimentation, and analytics — combined with the commercial instinct to generate interest, build internal champions, and drive deals forward. * Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior business leaders (CMO, CDO, CIO, Heads of Digital) and drive strategic investment decisions — whether through a sales cycle or an internal program. * Deep familiarity with optimization and personalization platforms, A/B testing, segmentation, and experimentation in enterprise contexts — whether gained from selling platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe, VWO) or running programs at scale inside an enterprise organization. * 5+ years in optimization, digital experience, or analytics leadership — or 3+ years in enterprise presales or digital strategy. Most candidates will be stronger in one track. What's non-negotiable is genuine optimization expertise paired with commercial drive. * Willingness to travel up to ~25%. HIGHLY DESIRED * Direct experience selling or buying personalization and optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Dynamic Yield, Sitecore, or similar) — giving you a competitive and commercial frame of reference that's hard to replicate. * Technical awareness of MACH and composable architectures — sufficient to credibly connect Contentful's approach to the customer's existing stack without needing to go deep on implementation. * Familiarity with how AI, LLMs, and AEO/GEO influence personalization and optimization strategies. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * Attached to and influenced close-won opportunities rates and ACV in the EMEA Enterprise and Strategic segments. * Delivered executive-level discovery and business case sessions that moved qualified opportunities from interest to active evaluation and successful close. * Established Contentful as a credible optimization and experimentation strategic partner — not just a CMS/DXP — in customer conversations. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? * Join an ambitious tech company reshaping the way people build digital experiences * Full-time employees receive Stock Options for the opportunity to share in the success of our company * Fertility and family building benefits, including a lifetime reimbursable wallet to support your growing family. * We value Work-Life balance and You Time! A generous amount of paid time off, including vacation days, sick days, education days, compassion days for loss, and volunteer days * Time off to care for and focus on your growing family * Use your personal annual education budget to improve your skills and grow in your career * Enjoy a full range of virtual and in-person events, including workshops, guest speakers, and fun team activities, supporting learning and networking exchange beyond the usual work duties * An annual wellbeing stipend to care for your physical, financial, or emotional health * A monthly communication phone/internet stipend and phone hardware upgrade reimbursement. * New hire office equipment stipend for hybrid or distributed employees. Get the gear you need to work at your best. WHO ARE WE? Contentful is a leading digital experience platform that helps modern businesses meet the growing demand for engaging, personalized content at scale. More than 700 people from more than 70 nations contribute their energy and creativity to Contentful, working from hubs in Berlin, Denver, San Francisco, London, New York, and distributed worldwide. All qualified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, physical [dis]ability, or length of time spent unemployed. We invite you to apply and join us! If you need reasonable accommodations at any point during the application or interview process, please let your recruiting coordinator know. These types of fraud can be carried out through copycat websites, fake email addresses claiming to be from our company, or social media. We are Workerbase – building an AI platform that digitizes manual manufacturing processes for global brands like Porsche, Siemens, and Bosch. Demand is growing fast. We need a Product Marketing Manager who can translate what we build into messaging that moves markets – and who understands the world of industrial enterprise buyers. If you know how to make complex technology feel obvious to a traditional enterprise audience – keep reading. 👇 ⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING 🏭 Real industry, real stakes. You're not marketing a SaaS tool to software teams. You're helping Bosch, Schaeffler, and Porsche rethink how work gets done on the shopfloor. Your messaging shapes how the world's largest manufacturers make buying decisions. 🧩 Positioning that actually matters. We're early in a category we're helping to define. You'll own how we show up to manufacturing and industrial enterprise buyers – a segment that demands credibility, precision, and proof. 🚀 Full-funnel ownership. From ICP definition and messaging to sales enablement, launch campaigns, and analyst relations – you set the strategy and execute it. No waiting for someone to hand you a brief. 🤖 AI as your operating system. You'll have full latitude to build AI-assisted workflows into how you research, create, and execute – not as an experiment, but as how we actually work. If you've been wanting to operate this way but your current setup won't let you, this is the role. 🏎️ Startup speed, enterprise context. No corporate layers. You'll work directly with founders, product, and sales to shape how Workerbase competes and wins. 🪄 WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own positioning and messaging for Workerbase – across industries, personas, and use cases – anchored in manufacturing and industrial enterprise. * Define and evolve our ICP. You know who we're targeting, why they buy, and what makes them hesitate. * Build and maintain the messaging architecture: value propositions, persona narratives, competitive differentiators. * Enable the sales team with battle cards, pitch decks, case study narratives, and objection-handling frameworks. * Plan and execute product launches – working closely with product to turn new features into market moments. * Drive content strategy for the enterprise buyer journey: thought leadership, customer stories, industry reports. * Develop analyst and influencer relationships in the manufacturing and industrial tech space. * Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution. 🤝 YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU * Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS – ideally with exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, ERP, MES, or other traditional enterprise verticals. * Know how to speak to enterprise buyers who are skeptical of hype and need to see ROI before they'll move. * Can take a technical platform and turn it into a crisp, compelling story – for a VP of Operations as easily as for a procurement lead. * Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter – not as a novelty, but as part of how you actually get things done. * Are comfortable being hands-on: you write the copy, build the deck, run the launch – and you enjoy it. * Bonus: Speak German at C1 level or above. * Bonus: You've worked with or sold into manufacturing, logistics, or production environments. * Bonus: You've built a category narrative or repositioned a product in a crowded market. 🎁 WHAT YOU GET * Real ownership from day one – you shape the function, not just fill a role. * A seat at the table with founders, product, and sales leadership. * Flexible, hybrid work setup based in Munich. * Competitive salary and benefits. * Learning budget to keep growing. * Sports & wellness membership via Wellpass. * Stock options to share in our success. * A central Munich office and legendary company events. 🔎 ABOUT US We exist because there's a smarter way to produce. With environmental and demographic challenges ahead, we're on a mission to future-proof the production operations of the world's largest manufacturers. We patch the gap between frontline workers, machines, and data – digitizing manual work with AI in a low-code environment connected to the manufacturer's core IT systems. We believe technology should empower people, not replace them. If you're ready to upend "we've always done it this way" – we want to meet you.
