We are Workerbase – building an AI platform that digitizes manual manufacturing processes for global brands like Porsche, Siemens,
and Bosch. Demand is growing fast. We need a Product Marketing Manager who can translate what we build into messaging that moves
markets – and who understands the world of industrial enterprise buyers.
If you know how to make complex technology feel obvious to a traditional enterprise audience – keep reading. 👇
🏭 Real industry, real stakes. You're not marketing a SaaS tool to software teams. You're helping Bosch, Schaeffler, and Porsche
rethink how work gets done on the shopfloor. Your messaging shapes how the world's largest manufacturers make buying decisions.
🧩 Positioning that actually matters. We're early in a category we're helping to define. You'll own how we show up to
manufacturing and industrial enterprise buyers – a segment that demands credibility, precision, and proof.
🚀 Full-funnel ownership. From ICP definition and messaging to sales enablement, launch campaigns, and analyst relations – you set
the strategy and execute it. No waiting for someone to hand you a brief.
🤖 AI as your operating system. You'll have full latitude to build AI-assisted workflows into how you research, create, and
execute – not as an experiment, but as how we actually work. If you've been wanting to operate this way but your current setup
won't let you, this is the role.
🏎️ Startup speed, enterprise context. No corporate layers. You'll work directly with founders, product, and sales to shape how
Workerbase competes and wins.

We exist because there's a smarter way to produce. With environmental and demographic challenges ahead, we're on a mission to
future-proof the production operations of the world's largest manufacturers.
We patch the gap between frontline workers, machines, and data – digitizing manual work with AI in a low-code environment
connected to the manufacturer's core IT systems. We believe technology should empower people, not replace them.
If you're ready to upend "we've always done it this way" – we want to meet you.
