Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von behördlichen Anfragen, Strafzetteln (Bußgeldbescheiden) sowie OEM-Rückrufaktionen und entlastest damit unser Fleet Management Team nachhaltig. Durch deine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise stellst du sicher, dass sowohl unsere Kunden als auch Behörden schnell, präzise und professionell unterstützt werden.
Your Role Als Junior Operations Backoffice Specialist bist du eine zentrale Stütze unseres Teams und begleitest den End-of-Life-Prozess unserer Fahrzeuge. Du übernimmst die sorgfältige kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung von Endabrechnungen, koordinierst strittige Schadensfälle und sicherst durch deine Detailgenauigkeit eine fehlerfreie Prozesskette. In dieser Rolle bildest du die operative Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen und trägst maßgeblich zu einer exzellenten Servicequalität bei.

About the Role The Critical Facility Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical infrastructure within the data center. This role covers all aspects of energy isolation, switch activity, and facility rounds, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The Critical Facility Technician reports directly to the Critical Facility Shift Manager and works as part of a larger team that strives for excellence through teamwork and accountability. This is a shift-based role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operations team. Main Responsibilities * Operations & Rounds * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled facility rounds, inspecting all critical systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire/life safety, and security) for proper operation and signs of abnormality. * Monitor Building Management System (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS), and other automation platforms for alarms and alerts; respond promptly per SOPs. * Maintain accurate logs of alarms, operational events, isolations, and shift activities. * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. * Energy Isolation & Switch Activity * Execute all energy isolation procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. * Perform and document all switchgear operations, including breaker racking, transfer switches, and panel isolations. * Verify isolation and de-energization prior to work; ensure proper signage, barricading, and communication. * Coordinate with vendors and other teams for planned and emergency isolations. * Maintain records of all isolation activities, including authorization, verification, and restoration. * Incident Response & Troubleshooting * Respond to alarms, system notifications, and abnormal conditions; perform initial diagnostics and escalate as needed. * Support incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and after-action reporting. * Participate in emergency procedures, including system recovery and safe shutdowns. * Compliance & Documentation * Adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Ensure all work is performed per approved Method of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP). * Maintain up-to-date documentation for rounds, isolations, switch activities, and maintenance tasks. * Continuous Improvement & Teamwork * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and risk reduction. * Participate in training and periodic program reviews. * Support development and review of procedures and playbooks. * Collaborate closely with team members, sharing knowledge and supporting a culture of accountability and mutual respect. Qualifications and experience * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related field) preferred. * 2+ years of experience in mission-critical environments (data center, hospital, industrial plant, etc.). * Demonstrated experience with energy isolation, LOTO, and switchgear operations. * Technical Skills * Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH units, and fire/life safety systems. * Proficiency in BMS/EPMS platforms and alarm management. * Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs. * Safety & Compliance * Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other relevant safety standards. * Experience performing LOTO and energy isolation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. * Other Requirements * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * Strong teamwork and accountability mindset. Progression Path * Complete required training modules (e.g., advanced electrical safety, incident response, vendor coordination). * Gain experience in increasingly complex maintenance and isolation tasks. * Earn relevant certifications (e.g., Data Center Operations Professional, advanced manufacturer training). * Demonstrate leadership in rounds, troubleshooting, and procedure development. * Take on mentoring responsibilities for junior staff. * Consistently meet performance standards and receive positive feedback from the Shift Manager. * Progression may lead to roles such as Senior Technician, Lead Technician/Supervisor, or other leadership positions within the critical facilities team. We’re looking for a Junior Collections Agent (m/f/d) We are looking for a diligent a Collections Agent to help us maximise collections returns by understanding the customer’s circumstances and ensuring that all actions achieve the best outcome for iwoca and our clients. The role We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist who will be required to work within a fast-paced, customer focused environment, providing great customer service while maintaining the team’s excellent track record. * Case handling a high volume portfolio of customer accounts in arrears through to completion with varying and unique circumstances * Handling inbound and initiating outbound telephone calls, letters and emails with the greatest level of care, accuracy and customer service skills * Building relationships with customers through regular contact to validate, understand and resolve breaches of agreements with customers * Negotiate, implement and monitor feasible repayment solutions that take into account the customer's circumstances while balancing the best interests of the business * Work with a wide range of teams within the company to understand, strategise and implement the most appropriate course of action for each account * Working closely with Collections Management and the Head of Collections to review and develop recovery strategies * Instructing, liaising and monitoring third parties such as debt collection agencies and Paralegals to ensure the best outcome is achieved * Ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation regulatory body guidelines * Adhering to our company policies and procedures * Upholding iwoca’s company reputation at all times * Updating databases and systems in order to keep an accurate record of activities, observations and outcomes within the recovery process The requirements Essential: * Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools. You’ll already be comfortable using AI tools in practical ways to help solve problems, increase productivity and improve quality of work, showing good judgement about when to use them and the ability to explain the reasoning behind that use. * A level of German, C1 that allows you to feel comfortable talking to clients, negotiate arrangements and handle tense situations We look for people who are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. Experience within the finance industry is advantageous. The salary We expect to pay from 34.000 € — 46.000 € for this role.
