Nice to have contributions (not requirements): Recruiting & Hiring Operations: * Support recruiting efforts by managing candidate pipelines, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate communication. * Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience. * Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and hiring-related communications. * Maintain recruiting trackers, hiring metrics, and interview coordination processes. * Help improve recruiting workflows and hiring operations as the company scales. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 4+ years of experience in people operations, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or employee operations roles. * Experience supporting hiring pipelines and coordinating recruiting processes across multiple stakeholders. * Experience onboarding employees in fast-paced or startup environments preferred. * Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and employee management platforms. * Experience maintaining organizational processes, employee documentation, and operational workflows. Skills * Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information. * Excellent project coordination and follow-through abilities. * Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset. * Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Process-oriented with the ability to improve and scale operational workflows. * Proactive, dependable, and execution-focused. * Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities. * Strong administrative and operational problem-solving skills. Leveraging cutting-edge robotics and advanced artificial intelligence, we develop transformative technologies that redefine how work is done across warehouses and fulfillment operations worldwide. Our products represent the frontier of what intelligent, dexterous automation can do — and we are only getting started. OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycles — from concept and roadmap to field deployment across 50+ production sites. This is a high ownership, cross functional role at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations. You will be the connective tissue between our AI/R&D team, software & hardware engineering, solutions architects, and customers — translating real-world operational complexity into a product that runs autonomously at scale with minimal human supervision. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy & Roadmap * Own the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability * Set and defend priorities — monthly to annual — against commercial goals and technical constraints AI & Technical Ownership * Shape training data strategy, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds with the R&D team * Close the loop between field failure data and Cortex training Customer & Field Collaboration * Spend time at production sites; turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirements * Own capability specs, performance SLAs, and integration requirements for customer-facing delivery Cross-functional Execution * Run a customer-driven backlog; prioritize by impact, frequency, & strategic fit * Sequence work with engineering leads; unblock dependencies and maintain momentum * Track KPIs: uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, time-to-value * Be the product voice in pre-sales technical conversations, build product collateral for the commercial team EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field * 5+ years in product management; 2+ years on robotics systems * Track record of shipping complex technical products in production Technical Skills * Familiarity with robot software stacks (ROS2, Zenoh, motion planning, control, perception pipelines) * Can engage credibly with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteria * Understands hardware-software co-design tradeoffs and their downstream software impact Product Skills * Turns messy field signal and engineering constraints into clear, prioritized requirements * Prepare PRDs and technical briefs that engineering teams actually use * Basic awareness of EU Machinery Regulation, ISO 10218/15066, and AI Act obligations * Own the product narrative in pre-sales — and build the collateral that helps the commercial team win Soft Skills * High agency; defines the path rather than waiting for one * Pushes back on commercial, supports engineering, challenges customers, and aligns leadership — often in the same week * Surfaces risks and constraints early with solutions and path forward Nice to Have * Warehouse automation, AMR, or logistics tech background * Startup experience where scope was undefined * WMS integration or fleet management exposure WHAT WE OFFER: * Wellpass (gym membership) * Free meals at the workplace * Flexible working hours and the option to work from home when needed * A defining role shaping one of the most technically ambitious robotics products * Competitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities
Who We Are We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can't solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we're looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us. Overview As Sereact scales, financing our robotics deployments becomes a strategic capability in its own right. We are looking for a Director Asset-Backed Financing based in Stuttgart to build our ABF program from zero—incorporating the SPV, designing the structure, raising the debt, and running the vehicle long-term. This is a true founder-style mandate inside Finance: you start with a blank page, a supportive Board, and Tier 1 investors, and you own the program end-to-end. Your Responsibilities: Program Design & SPV Setup * Design Sereact's asset-backed financing program from the ground up—asset class definition, eligibility, structure, jurisdiction, tax and accounting treatment. Incorporate the SPV(s): * select jurisdiction, engage corporate services providers, set up governance, bank accounts, and the operational infrastructure required to run a financing vehicle. * Work with external counsel, tax advisors, and auditors to put the legal and accounting architecture in place—true-sale opinions, security packages, servicing arrangements. Fundraising for the SPV * Own the debt fundraising process end-to-end: build the lender universe, prepare the data room, run the process, negotiate term sheets, and drive transactions to close. * Engage banks, private credit funds, and alternative lenders—starting with a first warehouse or seed facility and progressing to larger or syndicated structures over time. * Build and maintain ongoing relationships with debt capital providers as a repeatable funding channel. Structuring & Modeling * Build the cash flow models, waterfalls, and capital structure analyses that underpin every facility. * Define and negotiate advance rates, eligibility criteria, concentration limits, covenants, triggers, and reserve mechanics. * Pressure-test structures against downside scenarios and ensure the vehicle remains robust as the asset pool scales. Running the Vehicle * Stand up the operational backbone of the SPV: borrowing base calculations, lender reporting, compliance certificates, servicer reports, audit trails. * Own data quality end-to-end—from the operating company's source systems to the data tape that lenders see each month. * Manage amendments, waivers, upsizes, and refinancings as the program matures. Strategic Partnership * Partner with the CEO, Director Finance, and Commercial leadership to align the financing program with commercial models such as Robotics-as-a-Service, equipment leasing, or customer financing. * Advise on contract design, pricing, and unit economics where financing structures create constraints or unlock new offerings. * Brief the Board and equity investors on the program—capacity, cost of capital, and the trade-off between dilutive and non-dilutive funding. Qualifications: Education & Experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Finance. * 5+ years of practical experience in structured finance, securitization, asset-based lending, or private credit, ideally a mix of originating-side (investment bank, structured finance desk, debt fund) and borrower-side (corporate treasury or finance team that has closed an ABF facility). * Demonstrable track record of taking at least one asset-backed structure from concept to close. Experience financing hardware, equipment, or recurring-revenue contracts is a strong plus. Soft Skills * A builder's mindset with high ownership—energized by a blank page and willing to do the unglamorous setup work alongside the strategic negotiation. * Strong commercial judgment and a pragmatic approach to structuring in a technology-driven environment. * Excellent communication skills—able to translate structured finance concepts for Founders, engineers, and Board members alike. * Fluency in written and spoken English (German optional). Our interview plan: * Application * Take‑home assignment: A short structuring case with clear instructions and a deadline—size a facility for a hypothetical asset pool, propose a structure, flag the key risks. * Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. Expect CV highlights, your "why," and time for your questions. * Interview with our Director Finance (60 min): A discussion on capital strategy, prior deals, and how the role connects to company priorities. * On‑site visit: Meet the team and one of the Founders at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you'd do here. You'll get a clear feel for the environment and ways of working. What We Offer: * Wellpass (gym membership) * Flexible working hours * Option to work from home * A genuine zero-to-one mandate in an innovative AI-robotics startup: build the SPV, raise the debt, run the program * Direct exposure to Founders, Board, and international Tier 1 investors * A motivated team and an open corporate culture * Competitive compensation and excellent opportunities for development
