You will define how we capture and model data, and critically, determine the best retrieval and inference strategies (Search, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, or Vector Similarity) for every use case. Key Responsibilities * Data Modeling & Architecture: Define the canonical model for entities (deals, contacts, skills) and establish the retrieval strategy—choosing between keyword, dense vector, hybrid, or graph traversal based on latency and accuracy. * Search & RAG Ownership: Own the end-to-end RAG pipeline (chunking, embeddings, indexing). Write technical specs for retrieval layers in Meeting Prep and Roleplay AI, and define evaluation metrics (Recall@k, MRR). * Revenue Intelligence Roadmap: Drive the vision from "trusted foundation" to "prescriptive AI." Own the product logic for Deal Health and Winning Behavior models. * Platform Enablement: Act as the internal PM champion for the data platform, providing semantic primitives, event taxonomies, and data contracts to other product squads. * Discovery & Strategy: Conduct deep customer discovery and stay ahead of LLM/Search trends, translating fuzzy business questions into scoped ML problems. Required Skills Must haves * 5+ years in PM: at least 2 years specifically owning data platforms, search, analytics, or ML products. * Retrieval Expertise: Hands-on experience shipping RAG pipelines or search systems. You understand the trade-offs between BM25, vector search, and reranking. * Data Technicality: Fluency with Datalake architectures (Delta Lake, BigQuery, etc.) and strong entity-relationship modeling skills. * ML Fluency: Ability to define features, label designs, and evaluation metrics. You can review a technical design doc alongside engineers. * Skilled at translating complex technical infrastructure into clear business value for executive stakeholders. Nice to haves * Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, or Sales Enablement. * Knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune). * Prior background as a Data Engineer or Scientist. Join us and help us transform the future of work once and for all. What’s ahead — and why it’s an exciting time to join the team: Deepening our native integrations with SAP, Workday, Microsoft, and LinkedIn to seamlessly embed our skills intelligence into the platforms where critical workforce decisions are made. Embedding our agentic AI to help customers plan smarter for the future—powering workforce strategies, internal mobility, and skills forecasting. Advancing our use of proprietary LLMs and knowledge graph technology to help organizations unlock broader talent pools, make fairer decisions, and expand access to opportunity at scale. But it’s not all about creating high-quality products, we also very much value the company culture we have worked hard to create; built on trust, empathy & honesty ensuring our workforce is able to bring their full selves to work. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY AT BEAMERY We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Beamery's Data Foundry end to end. The Data Foundry is Beamery's proprietary data platform that powers existing and emerging product lines, including the Talent CRM and Workforce Suite, and provides data-as-a-service to customers through channels such as MCP/API as an emerging commercial channel. Its core capabilities span the data models, taxonomies and integrations that underpin talent and workforce decisions across the platform. You will treat data both as infrastructure embedded within our products and as a product that customers buy in its own right. Beyond internal embedding and direct commercial sales, the platform is open — customers and partners can build on top of it through MCP and API access. You will work with product leadership to set the strategy, agree what the platform provides internally, decide what becomes customer-facing, and define how the platform opens up for customer and partner innovation. You will work at the centre of the platform. On one side you serve the Talent CRM and Workforce Suite product managers as your customers, agreeing the data contracts they build on. On the other you partner with the data science, data engineering and integrations engineering leads to turn those needs into delivery. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Ownership and strategy * Own the Data Foundry vision, strategy and roadmap, framing each item as a bet with a clear driver, aligned to overall strategic objectives * Ensure alignment of Data Foundry strategy to Beamery's AI strategy, reflecting the shift from providing AI assistants to providing AI access through MCP and API channels. * Decide what Data Foundry provides as internal infrastructure and what is packaged and sold as a customer-facing product. * Make and defend build versus buy decisions across integrations, analytics, AI and taxonomy capabilities. Discovery and commercial impact * Discover and validate what external customers want from data-as-a-service, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption with clear GTM and enablement plans * Build the case for Data Foundry as a new commercial channel, defining and proving the standalone commercial model alongside its role as platform foundation, quantify the value it unlocks for specific customers and deals, and measure success against value and usage metrics. Partnership and delivery * Lead your team to deliver solutions our customers can’t imagine working without and that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes * Agree and maintain the data contracts with the CRM and Workforce Suite product managers, treating them as internal customers with real commitments. * Prioritise across data science, data engineering and integrations engineering, translating tribe needs into a clear and deliverable plan. Communication & alignment * Communicate transparently and create alignment between peers and leadership on priorities, trade offs and progress * Manage customer and sales expectations through well managed structured cadences Data governance and trust * Own how workforce data is governed, secured and access-controlled as it is exposed through APIs and MCP, meeting enterprise privacy and compliance expectations. * Ensure the outputs of Data Foundry's models are measurable and explainable, so customers and internal teams can trust and act on the results. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * A product manager experienced in complex technical, data or AI products, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS. * Strong grasp of data platforms, APIs and integrations, comfortable making architecture-adjacent decisions with engineering and data science leads. * Experience handling sensitive or regulated data, with a clear view of governance, security and privacy. * An analytical thinker who uses data to find opportunities, prioritise and measure success. * A confident prioritiser who can balance competing tribe roadmaps and internal customers without losing direction. * Commercially fluent, able to connect product decisions to revenue, cost and customer ROI. * A clear communicator who builds trust across product, data science and engineering, and who is comfortable taking a position and explaining the reasoning. * Genuinely interested in how AI is reshaping the talent and workforce space, and in giving customers trusted, explainable access to their data. Beamery is for Everybody. Diversity and open expression are fundamental to us. We acknowledge the challenges in our industry and strive to develop an inclusive culture where everybody can contribute. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, national origin, age, disability status, or caregiver status. If, for whatever reason, you need us to make reasonable adjustments and adaptations to our recruitment process, please email accommodations@beamery.com Visit our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion page to learn more about progress and commitments.
About Neo4j: Neo4j is the graph intelligence platform that transforms data into knowledge to power the next generation of intelligent applications and AI systems. It includes enterprise-ready knowledge graphs for accurate, explainable, and governed AI; the most comprehensive, trusted, and easy-to-deploy graph capabilities across any environment and data source; and an unmatched ecosystem trusted by 84 of the Fortune 100 and supported by the world’s largest graph community. Intelligence that works. Results that matter. Built to work everywhere and integrate with everything across every cloud for dynamic, personalized, and autonomous AI systems. We deliver quicker results, contextual knowledge, and solutions that impact customers and employees across the business. Our Vision: At Neo4j, we have always strived to help the world make sense of data. As business, society and knowledge become increasingly connected, our technology promotes innovation by helping organizations to find and understand data relationships. We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we’re disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive. JOB OVERVIEW As Product Marketing Manager, AI Capabilities & Developer Enablement, you own how Neo4j’s AI capabilities show up to the developer audience, how our technology integrations are positioned, and the sales enablement infrastructure that turns capability stories into field behavior. You translate GraphRAG, agents, agent memory, MCP, and our integration ecosystem into messaging that earns developer trust, then build the plays, decks, and certification that help the field win deals with it. This is a builder’s role on a small, senior, systems-first team. You own the messaging architecture, the proof, and the field-facing assets for the developer persona, and you pull on teammates, agentic pipelines, and partners to deliver. The ideal candidate is part developer marketer, part field operator, and part builder. You are comfortable getting hands-on with the product (a free AuraDB instance, a GraphRAG demo, an integration with an agent framework), and equally comfortable turning what you learn into a one-page sales play that a seller can run the next morning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * AI capabilities messaging for developers: Contributed to the messaging architecture and proof points for Neo4j’s AI capabilities, targeting technical, developer, and AI-engineering audiences. Translate GraphRAG, agents, agent memory, and Cypher AI into credible, differentiated stories that respect developer intelligence. * Technology integrations: Own positioning and messaging for Neo4j’s integration ecosystem, including agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), MCP servers, cloud and data-platform partners (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft), and the connectors and APIs developers build with. Make the ecosystem story part of the core narrative, not an appendix. * Sales enablement infrastructure: Build and maintain the enablement that turns capability stories into field behavior: first-call decks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, discovery question banks, demo guidance, and live training. Design it as a system the field actually uses, not a pile of one-off decks. * Win-loss analysis: Partner with sales, sales engineering, and revenue operations to run structured win-loss programs. Surface patterns by competitor, segment, and use case, and feed insights back into messaging and product priorities. * Sales enablement: Build and deliver enablement that arms global sellers and SEs to handle competitive deals with confidence. This includes objection-handling guides, talk tracks, discovery question banks, demo guidance, and live training sessions. * Launch support: Partner on AI capability and integration launches, owning developer-facing messaging, demos, and enablement so each release lands with the field and the community. * Customer zero: Use the product the way our developers do. Prototype with it, build demos, and bring that hands-on credibility into every story you tell. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus. 3+ years in product marketing, developer marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy within the technology/software industry. * Direct experience marketing to a developer or technical-practitioner audience, ideally for data infrastructure, databases, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms. * Proven track record building sales enablement that the field actually uses: first-call decks, plays, objection handling, and certification, plus experience running or contributing to a structured win/loss program. * Technical acumen to get hands-on with the product, read documentation and architecture diagrams, and form a defensible point of view. You do not need to be an engineer today, but you should be able to learn complex technical categories quickly. * Strong writing and presentation skills. You can write a one-page play and design a 30-minute certification session with equal ease. * Proven ability to work across product, sales, sales engineering, DevRel, and partner marketing, and to move work forward through influence rather than authority. * Familiarity with GraphRAG, agents, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or GenAI architectures is a strong plus. Comfort using AI tools in your own workflow is expected; we are an agent-native team. The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below.
