CORETURA IS BUILDING THE SOFTWARE BACKBONE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES - A JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN TWO OF THE
INDUSTRY'S BIGGEST PLAYERS, MOVING AT SCALEUP SPEED. AS CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU'LL SIT AT THE CENTER OF THAT RELATIONSHIP,
Coretura exists to build a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform that redefines how commercial vehicles are engineered, updated,
and monetized - jointly owned by Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, two competitors who are betting that shared infrastructure beats
separate roads. Our mission is to deliver a common platform robust enough to serve multiple OEMs, while still giving each
shareholder room to differentiate and win in their own markets. This is a company in active build-mode: fast-scaling, still
shaping its own structures, and defined by the ambition to make software the center of gravity in trucking.
Coretura serves two OEM shareholders who are simultaneously its customers - a structural setup that creates constant, real
tension: whose priorities make it onto the roadmap first, how do you keep a platform genuinely common when both owners want to
differentiate, and what happens when a feature request from one side risks disadvantaging the other?
On top of that, the product itself is still under creation - and that creation often means guiding a broader shift from
hardware-centric thinking toward a software-first mindset. We are building the platform and bringing the customers along the ride
at the same time - which makes for a different kind of relationship than you would have with an established product. This calls
for someone who can stay alert and contribute to technical discussion, keep continuous dialogue with the customer, set and manage
realistic expectations continuously, and be comfortable challenging the customer with integrity and assertiveness. All while never
losing sight of the platform value in the eyes of the customer.
This is where the CAM comes in. You are the person who must hold all of this at once- deeply representing your customer's
interests, by your technical expertise staying close enough to the build process to manage expectations honestly, and making sure
the platform stays coherent and competitive. Without someone actively managing this, roadmap decisions can drift away from
customers expectation, trust erodes, and the "common platform" promise is at risk.
