REMONDIS söker en Digital Transformation Project Manager som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet genom analys, struktur och genomförande. Rollen är en del av vår digitala transformation och bidrar till att stärka REMONDIS affär genom förbättrade processer, systemstöd och hög datakvalitet.
Rollen är direktrapporterande till Projektkontoret och CDO och är baserad på vårt kontor i Göteborg. Uppdraget omfattar verksamhet inom Sverige.
Genomföra utredningar och nulägesanalyser av applikationer, processer och data
Bidra till och driva rotorsaksanalyser samt identifiera förbättringsområden
Ta fram strukturerade beslutsunderlag och rekommendationer till ledning
Driva eller stötta genomförandet av beslutade initiativ i projektform
Stödja verksamheten i att upprätthålla och förbättra kvalitet i processer och data
Arbeta tvärfunktionellt och bidra till struktur, kvalitet och uppföljning i projekt och förändringsarbete
Rollen bidrar till utvecklingen av vår framtida IT- och informationsarkitektur, med målet att möjliggöra datadriven utveckling, AI-stöd och kontinuerliga förbättringar. Digitalt stöd är en förutsättning för att REMONDIS ska ligga i framkant inom vår bransch.
Vi söker dig som är analytisk och som drivs av att omvandla komplex information till tydliga insikter och rekommendationer. Du är nyfiken på hur processer och system samverkar, och du har förmågan att paketera komplexa frågeställningar till konkreta projekt. Som person har du höga ambitioner och trivs med att skapa ordning och framdrift, även när ramarna inte är helt satta.
Du har en god kommunikationsförmåga, är inlyssnande och navigerar tryggt mellan olika intressenter för att fånga upp behov och utmana befintliga arbetssätt. Något eller några års erfarenhet av arbete inom IT-projekt, verksamhetsutveckling eller Business Analysis
Erfarenhet av att delta i eller driva mindre IT-relaterade initiativ
Relevant universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis IT, systemvetenskap, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande
Har tidigare arbetat verksamhetsnära, exempelvis i rollen som Business Analyst eller motsvarande.
God förståelse för grundläggande IT-begrepp och hur system stödjer verksamhetsprocesser
Processkartläggning eller förbättringsarbete
Systemanalys eller arbete med datakvalitet
Strukturerade analysmetoder eller projektmodeller

What you will do At Volvo Group you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of SAP software licensing compliance, optimization, and governance. You will work closely with procurement, finance, IT, application and infrastructure teams, as well as suppliers, to ensure we stay compliant, cost-efficient, and audit-ready while enabling business needs. Who are you Key responsibilities Develop and manage license consumption metering processes for products in scope (licenses, software, consumption based, etc.). Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SAP licensing terms and conditions. Identify any potential compliance gaps or risks. Take necessary actions to rectify them Develop and implement license usage policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and optimize license utilization. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define policies that align with business needs and industry best practices Analyze license usage data to identify opportunities for optimization. Identify underutilized licenses, explore license reassignment options, and make recommendations for optimizing license allocation and usage Operationally manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings Maintain a centralized repository of SAP license contracts, agreements, POs, invoice files. Ensure that all documents are up to date, properly described, and easily accessible for reference Support software procurement and secure it is performed in line with the Volvo Group policies Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the consolidated budget for software products and licenses Act as a main contact when external audits occur Support the strategic, tactical and commercial discussions along with decisions that affect software and licenses (according to the vendor interaction model) Participate in negotiations and supplier dialogues when applicable Advise relevant project, program, infrastructure and application portfolio managers on software licensing and compliance, recommended actions that will optimize the software portfolio Stay updated within the area (new licensing models, trends, be part of communities, etc.) Run internal SAP licensing portfolio governance; provide reports on license compliance, budget follow-up, report optimization efforts and cost savings achieved through license management activities. In this role you will play a key role in: • Lead the integration of in-vehicle cybersecurity controls and support TARA/HARA at system and vehicle levels. • Ensure adherence to global and regional standards, including UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, and Chinese GB/T regulations. • Design and review cybersecurity architectures; work closely with system engineering and E/E architecture teams. • Contribute across the vehicle development lifecycle using platforms like Vector AUTOSAR, Linux, QNX, and Android.
