We are seeking individuals who want to work on the development of systems and products within the electronics segment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a safer and more high-tech future.
In these projects, you may work on everything from feasibility studies and concept development to testing and installation of finished products. This can include requirements management, systemization, design, development of various power distribution solutions, verification, and troubleshooting. In some cases, work with cabling, procurement, and project management may also be included.

Professional experience in power engineering or electronic design
Experience with PCB design
Experience with electrical cabinet design
Ability to compile/write requirement and design specifications and review documentation
Proficiency with tools such as Cadence, Mentor, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, and others
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Det här kommer du att arbeta med Som Hardware Design Engineer på Aros utvecklar du elektroniklösningar som används i krävande industri- och fordonsapplikationer. Här arbetar du nära både tekniken och produkten, tillsammans med kollegor inom mjukvara, mekanik, test och produktion. Du har ett helhetsansvar för hårdvarudesignen – från tidiga koncept och konstruktion till verifiering och industrialisering. Rollen innebär att göra tekniska avvägningar mellan prestanda, kvalitet, kostnad och producerbarhet, samtidigt som du bidrar med din kompetens och dina idéer genom hela utvecklingsprocessen. Eftersom utveckling och produktion finns nära varandra får du möjlighet att följa dina lösningar hela vägen till färdig produkt. Du arbetar i flera projekt parallellt och samarbetar både med interna team och våra kunders utvecklingsorganisationer, där du är med och påverkar tekniska lösningar och arbetssätt. As an engineer at AVL you will work with cutting edge technology in collaboration with experts in the global AVL team and our successful customers. You will be working close to our local customers in Gothenburg area within the AVL facilities or as Resident Engineer at customers in Sweden. • As an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for specification, development, commissioning and validation of power inverter HW system and its subsystems (e.g. control board, power supply, gate driver board and power modules)• Define and develop requirements, design as well as Architectures for new and existing Hardware concepts in the area of Power inverter controls, DC-DC converter controls, Zone Controller, Body controller, Battery management system and Driver assistance systems• Create product specific and complex controls electronics while balancing constraints in space, EMI/EMC, cost and manufacturability• Responsible for definition of detailed verification tests for the newly developed electronics. About the job Cryogenic Engineer Are you the engaged Cryogenic Engineer who will drive the next generation of SCALINQ's quantum hardware? You will together with the team develop the full cryogenic hardware lifecycle—from simulation to experimental testing. You'll solve complex challenges in low-temperature physics and provide the critical simulation feedback that shapes our technology roadmap. Good experience with SolidWorks Thermal, COMSOL Multiphysics or a similar thermal simulation software. Advanced skills in Python or MATLAB for data handling, analysis, and model automation.
