Randstad is proud to partner with Clariant in the search for a highly skilled Sales Manager Foundry & Specialties for the Nordic region. As the Sales Manager Foundry & Specialties Nordics, you will be a key member of the European Foundry Additives & Specialties sales team, responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across the Nordic countries. This role requires a result-oriented and customer-focused professional who can manage sales activities while ensuring customers receive solution-oriented products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver true value to foundry customers and drive business growth. The position offers great autonomy and requires flexibility, with approximately 70–80% travel to customer sites across the region.

Ansvarsområden Manage and actively grow sales revenue in the Nordic countries. Recommend Clariant products and pricing aligned with the product portfolio strategy and business group targets. Advise customers on Clariant product utilization based on best green sand molding practices. Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, the internal sales team, Operations, product managers, supply chain, customer service, and laboratories. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and align on yearly budget targets with your manager. Identify growth opportunities and successfully implement technical solutions with new customers. Chase for overdue payments when necessary. Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Kvalifikationer To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong mix of technical foundry expertise and relationship-building skills. BTEC Higher National Diploma / Diploma of Higher Education in Foundry (or equivalent regional engineering/vocational degree). Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Foundry industry, ideally working with the green sand molding process. Technical expertise in Foundry operations. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent stress management and prioritization skills. A proactive, autonomous, and strongly customer-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office. Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and a minimum of B2 level in English.
