Vi har ledig stilling som rektor ved Solvang skole. Solvang skole er en barneskole med 315 elever og 50 ansatte. Skolens ledergruppe består av rektor, to undervisningsinspektører og SFO-leder.
Rektor er overordnet faglig/pedagogisk leder på skolen og er delegert budsjett-, økonomi- og personalansvar. Elevenes læring skal og må være i fokus.
I Haugesundskolen har vi høye ambisjoner for elevenes læring, og det er knyttet tydelige forventninger til rektor som pedagogisk leder.

Solvang ungdomsskole har ca 315 elever og 40 ansatte. Skolen har flotte uteområder, og ligger nært både naturen og Asker sentrum, med et godt kollektivtilbud. Personalet vårt samarbeider i team, er engasjerte, utviklingsorienterte og opptatte av å skape et trygt og godt læringsmiljø for alle elever. Vi har godt fungerende systemer og rutinene i hverdagen skal være forutsigbare for alle. Vårt satsningsområde nå er lesing i alle fag. Vi har stort fokus på elevens leseferdigheter, og ønsker hele tiden å videreutvikle og evaluere den intensive og tilrettelagte opplæringen. Nå søker vi etter en ny og dyktig avdelingsleder - du vil bli en sentral og viktig person hos oss. Arbeidsoppgaver • Ta en aktiv rolle i ledergruppen sammen med rektor og avdelingsleder. • Ansvar for fag, personale og økonomi sammen med resten av lederteamet. • Ta initiativ i skoleutviklingsarbeidet og delta i et lærende profesjonsfellesskap på skolen. • Være bindeledd mellom ulike personer, team og nivåer i organisasjonen og ivareta et godt samarbeid med foreldre. • Bidra til et trygt, godt og inkluderende skolemiljø. • Støtte og veilede ansatte gjennom systematisk og målrettet arbeid. • Følge opp undervisning og elevenes læringsprogresjon. • Noe undervisning må påregnes. • Håndtere vikarbehov i samarbeid med den andre avdelingslederen og stille opp som vikar ved behov. • Bidra som IKT-ressursperson. • Medansvar for kartlegging, undersøkelser og eksamen. Kvalifikasjoner • Du har formell undervisningskompetanse for undervisning på ungdomstrinnet. • Arbeidserfaring fra ungdomsskolen er en fordel. • Skolelederutdanning og ledererfaring er ønskelig. • God relasjonskompetanse. • Pedagogisk nysgjerrig med interesse for ulike undervisningsmetoder og arbeidsformer. • Interesse for, og erfaring med, bruk av teknologi og digitale læringsressurser i skolen. • Gode IKT-kunnskaper. • Gode formidlingsevner i norsk skriftlig og muntlig. Currently, many of our projects are built with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js. But, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python are also used. * Strong knowledge of at least one common client-side language and framework.
