About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join our Global Aftermarket Management Team. In this role, you will work closely
with our global commercial aftermarket organization, partnering with market companies across all regions and reporting directly to
the Global Aftermarket Manager.
This is a highly visible role where strategy meets execution. Working alongside senior commercial leaders, you will help
accelerate profitable aftermarket growth by leading strategic initiatives, developing commercial tools, and supporting our global
sales organization. Your work will directly influence business decisions and be presented to our Corporate Management Team (CMT).
This is far from a traditional back-office position. You will own projects from concept to implementation, collaborate with
stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in strengthening our global aftermarket offering.

A truly exciting time to join us. About the Role We’re seeking a Global Customer Services Lead to join our Global Aftermarket Management Team. You will work hand-in-glove with the commercial and operations management across all our different market companies in all regions and report to the Aftermarket Manager for Global Customer Service & Coordination. As you work alongside senior commercial leaders, you’ll gain first-hand experience in executing on full potential commercial growth in a dynamic and fast-paced private equity backed environment. This is not a back-office role – you will own real projects and project streams end-to-end, and produce output that goes directly into the hands of our global sales organization, and our Corporate Management Team (CMT). This is a critical role within our global commercial organization with indefinite room for development – personally and professionally – all depending on the individual’s own ambitions and performance. What You’ll Do Your mandate: ensure that whatever we sell is delivered to a world-class standard – building the global processes, competence, and quality standards, and equipping our market companies locally, so that every customer gets the safety assurance and uptime their operations depend on, while making the most of our technician resources to reach as many customers as possible. Global Process Development * Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global aftermarket processes, systems, and tools, with a focus on customer interaction processes such as quoting, scheduling, work preparation, documentation, and invoicing. * Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures, ensuring approved changes are communicated and implemented consistently. * Drive process and system implementation activities, including testing, training, documentation, and change management. * Contribute to cross-functional initiatives related to process development, digitalization, and standardization across the global technical service organization. Operational Coordination & Stakeholder Management * Drive the implementation of new products, business initiatives, organizational changes, and system enhancements affecting the global aftermarket organization. * Act as the primary contact for Service Coordinators and Service Managers, driving the resolution of process-related issues and collecting feedback to identify improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with Product Companies, Sales, Projects, Spares and the Aftermarket organization to ensure effective communication, successful project handovers, and alignment of operational activities. * Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials related to process improvements, implementations, and operational performance. Performance, Training & Market Development * Drive competence mapping and training initiatives for the global service organization, coordinating development activities related to products, processes, and systems. * Monitor, analyze, and report operational KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance across the global aftermarket organization. * Drive market visits, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to understand operational needs, gather feedback, and promote standardized global ways of working. We are seeking a senior commercial leader to build and lead Hexium's commercial operations and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will drive market adoption and industry confidence by securing foundational customer relationships, negotiating long-term commercial agreements, and cultivating strategic partners whose participation strengthens our technical credibility and accelerates deployment readiness. The ideal candidate understands how long-cycle, highly regulated infrastructure markets evolve and has a demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships, structuring complex commercial arrangements, and navigating strategic partnerships in industrial or energy-sector environments. WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Cultivation: Originate, cultivate, and manage high-value relationships across the nuclear fuel cycle, advanced reactor ecosystem, utilities, national laboratories, and key federal stakeholders, including the Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA). Secure anchor partners whose alignment enhances Hexium’s technical credibility, market positioning and deployment readiness. Commercial Architecture & Pipeline Management: Design and implement a rigorous, institutionalized commercial pipeline. Define deal stages, build forecasting models, and establish commercial operating discipline to an engineering-first environment. Market Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct sophisticated assessments of global fuel cycle markets, uranium enrichment trends, and HALEU demand to inform pricing strategy, evaluate competitive dynamics, and anticipate regulatory developments. Translate customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making and long-term deployment planning. Complex Contract Structuring & Negotiation: Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of long-term commercial agreements, including MOUs, LOIs, off-take arrangements, and SWU contracting frameworks. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure all commercial initiatives match technical timelines, risk thresholds, financial modeling, and export control regulations. Market Positioning & Industry Engagement: Collaborate with leadership on market positioning, external communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that strengthen Hexium's commercial and technical credibility. Represent the company at industry conferences, customer engagements, government meetings, and other high-profile forums to advance strategic objectives and reinforce Hexium's leadership in the nuclear fuel cycle ecosystem.
