At Consilium Safety Group, we don’t just make technology, we create solutions that protect people, values, and the planet. As a
global leader in fire and gas safety technology, we serve critical industries such as marine, energy, rolling stock, and critical
infrastructure.
With more than 100 years of expertise, we combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge innovation to shape the future of
Safety Tech. We are headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden with over 55 offices worldwide.
We are a fast-evolving global organisation backed by a leading private equity firm, Antin Infrastructure Partners, continuing an
ambitious journey of expansion and transformation. With strong financial support and a clear strategic vision, we are investing in
innovation, operational excellence, and talent, the key drivers that will take us to the next level. A truly exciting time to join
us.
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to our growth story, working in an entrepreneurial
environment where your ideas and impact truly matter. We combine the agility of a fast-moving company with the discipline and
long-term perspective of an experienced investment partner – creating a platform for both business success and personal
development.
We are now looking for a new member of our Corporate Development team to support our strategic growth agenda, analyzing industries
and competitors, building business cases and financial analyses, driving value creation initiatives in all functional areas, and
supporting post-merger integration of acquired companies. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy seeing your work
translate into real business impact, this is the role for you.
Your Role: Supporting Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives
As part of Corporate Development, you will support a broad range of strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth agenda,
from analyzing industries, competitor’s strategic trends, to building financial models, to preparing management and board
materials. Supporting post-merger integration of recently acquired companies is a core part of the role, alongside the broader
strategic agenda – helping ensure that strategic projects, partnerships and value creation initiatives deliver measurable business
value, strengthen competitive advantage, and accelerate transformation.
Your responsibilities will span the annual strategy and long-term planning processes, business case and synergy assessments, and
support for strategic partnerships, commercial and operational initiatives. You will help develop presentations and management
reports for senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, operations and commercial teams, and
support governance, process improvement and best-practice development within the Corporate Development function. A central part of
this is being an early adopter of AI – actively using and deploying the latest tools to build scalable templates, automate
analysis, and continuously raise the bar for how Corporate Development works.
Another core focus area is post-merger integration, supporting acquired companies as they ramp up within the group, tracking
performance and KPIs, driving synergy realization, and helping embed group ways of working. You will work closely with the
executive team, senior management, and teams across product, operations, finance, and commercial functions, helping translate
strategy into concrete initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is humble, resilient, and hardworking, someone who approaches challenges with dedication, grit, and
a team-first mindset. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong hands-on execution capabilities, excellent
communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to stay highly organized while supporting multiple workstreams
simultaneously. They show good judgment, thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and are eager to learn from senior
colleagues. Critically, they are genuinely curious about technology and AI, the kind of person who explores new tools on their own
initiative, pushes them to their limits, and brings what they learn back to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
