experiences & events. We’re looking for an Office Management Intern to join our Office Management and People & Culture
departments. This role gives you the opportunity to develop yourself working in a wide range of situations at a fast-paced
environment that is The Support Hub. You will help us with day-to-day activities, event and communication assistance and
coordination, keep a structured & organised office space and support other office operations. On a daily basis you will work
closely with the Office Manager at the The Support Hub in order to run the office as smoothly as possible. You will join the team
at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months, starting September 2026.

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It As our Service Communication Intern, you will learn how to and eventually be co-responsible for content creation, implementation, and maintenance on our multilingual Help Center, Chatbot, and Customer Service tool, among other things. You will experience a steep learning curve of improving the (digital) customer experience and developing your (customer-focused) writing skills. You will work closely together with all colleagues from the Service Hub such as the Customer Support leaders and project manager, and other teams such as Digital and Brand & Experience. We are looking for someone to join our team in Amsterdam for 5-6 months starting from September 2026. What You'll Do * You will support the Community Support and Advising Managers and Head of Reservations with the design, implementation, and optimization of our service communication processes and procedures, and other projects such as optimizations within our customer support tool, re-write of standard operation procedures, and our internal knowledge base * You'll data to create, maintain and optimize content for our Help Center & Chat bot channels * You'll assist in organizing and documenting communication materials, such as photos, videos, and testimonials * You'll work with a variety of stakeholders to either select, implement, or improve customer service-related communication, procedures, or systems * You'll collaborate with our communication team to develop engaging content for various service initiatives * You'll conduct research on communication best practices and contribute ideas to enhance our omnichannel communication strategies Who You Are * You are super organized, accurate, and bursting with energy. Your mission, should you choose to accept it… As a CMS (Content Management System) Intern for The Social Hub, primarily, you will learn and develop your skills in CMS and will be responsible for supporting in content implementations on our multilingual website, and assisting in SEO. You will work closely together with the CMS Manager and the rest of the Marketing team, to assist with different content changes throughout the website. We are looking for someone to join our team in Amsterdam for 5-6 months starting in September 2026. What You'll Do * You will support the CMS Manager with strategy and implementation of website roadmap activities e.g. CMS blocks/templates optimisation using the Optimizely (previously called EpiServer) Content Management System * You will assist the CMS Manager in optimising the content on our multilingual site, from small content changes and creating blog pages to publishing full campaigns and reinforcing our new hotel openings * You will work on our commercial calendar and support our products: Hotel, Semester, Coworking, Meet, Eat & Drink * You will help CMS manager with adding new language(s) to our website or app * You will support with implementation of SEO projects via CMS * You will participate in creating training materials and resources for best practices and ‘how to’ documents Who You Are * You're currently study for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field * You have some basic technical knowledge of web publishing * You have some understanding about the web content and Content Management System tools (Wordpress or other CMS tools) and how they work * You have some experience with multi-channel media tools * You are familiar with MS Office * You have an idea what SEO means * You have an eye for the detail * You are good in time management, planning, and communication * You are eligible to work in the Netherlands * You are fluent in English (written and spoken) + in other European language(s) * You are a fan of fun!
